Brian Kortovich Brian Kortovich 6'4" | 225 lbs | TE Villa Angela Saint Joseph | 2025 State OH is a home run hitter as a receiver that uses all of his height to bring down contested balls. As dangerous of a target in the red zone that you will find in the state, Kortovich uses every inch of his 6-foot-5 frame to make highlight reel catches on a regular basis. Able to line up at tight end or wide receiver, he is always one of the most athletic players on the field. His speed for his height is nearly a cheat code against smaller defenders. Can work up field quickly when catching the ball in stride. Makes hard cuts as a runner that can shake up a defender and make it that much harder to bring him down. His instincts to go up to get the ball at its highest point is unmatched. Can catch balls others in his class struggle to take in or finish off the catch. In short yardage situations, he amps up his game to find small gaps in the zone to give his quarterback a big target to throw at. Recently received his first Division I offer to Eastern Michigan with more expected to roll in as his game gets seen more. Has been getting out to big time programs like Notre Dame, Ohio State and Penn State in anticipation for a big junior season.
