Avery Thompson Avery Thompson 6'3" | 160 lbs | WR Paducah Tilghman | 2028 State KY has clearly established himself as one of the top overall players in the state in his class. As a sophomore, Thompson led his team in receiving, catching 70 passes for 1,062 yards and 10 touchdowns in 14 games. Thompson has elite athleticism and a high catch radius which gives him a huge advantage against opposing defensive backs in contested/jump ball situations. He has also shown the ability to use his speed and smooth breaks in his routes to create separation. Thompson also played a role on defense this past season, coming away with two interceptions. Avery currently holds a long list of Power 4 offers and I expect them to continue to pile up moving forward.
