Austin Anderson Austin Anderson 6'4" | 290 lbs | OL Bowling Green | 2023 State KY is an offensive lineman that I had high on my radar coming into this season that continued to show that he belongs near the top of his class. Anderson lined up at guard and was a key catalyst in the Bowling Green run game. He does a great job of exploding out of his stance and driving his feet through contact to create movement off the line of scrimmage. While he is great in that area, he also shows the ability to block in space, being used very frequently as a puller and turning into a lead blocker in the open field. In pass protection, Anderson showed the ability to use his footwork to mirror opposing defensive linemen and showed the awareness to pick up stunts and blitzes. Austin is committed to Liberty where I see him becoming a key piece of their offensive line that can be moved around as needed as he played every position on the offensive line at some point in his high school career.

Wrapping up my 5A All-Tournament Offense is an offensive lineman that I’ve been high on for a while now. Bowling Green senior Austin Anderson Austin Anderson 6'4" | 290 lbs | OL Bowling Green | 2023 State KY continued to impress during the playoffs as he played a key role in the Purples’ journey to the 5A State Championship Game. Anderson has played every position on the offensive line during his high school career but mainly lined up at guard this year. He showed that he is a dominant run blocker, driving his man down the field and finishing his blocks through the whistle. Anderson is also a very good pass blocker, displaying impressive footwork and the ability to pick up stunts and blitzes while protecting his inside gap. Austin is committed to Liberty where I see him becoming a key piece of their offensive line.

He has been a key part of Bowling Green’s success this year. Anderson lines up at guard but has played every position on the offensive line. He is an aggressive run blocker that creates movement off the line of scrimmage. Anderson has also shown the ability to pull and serve as a lead blocker as he does a great job of picking up blocks in the open field. In pass protection, Anderson has great footwork and has shown the ability to mirror defensive linemen effectively and pick up any stunts or blitzes. Austin is committed to Liberty where I see him developing into a key piece of their offensive line.

Austin Anderson Austin Anderson 6'4" | 290 lbs | OL Bowling Green | 2023 State KY is an offensive lineman that I’ve had high on my radar for a while as he is our fourth ranked OL and 24th overall player in the class of 2023. While his team came up short to a very talented Boyle County team, Anderson had a very impressive performance. Anderson was tasked with blocking one of the best players in the state/Kentucky commit and did an outstanding job. He had 30 dropbacks and allowed zero sacks while also helping the Purples finish with 400 yards of total offense. Anderson showed a ton of physicality, knocking the defender back with his initial punch. He also showed the ability to pull from the guard spot and pick up blocks in open space. Anderson also played a key role on defense, finishing the game with 12 tackles. Austin is committed to Liberty and I expect him to be a very good player for them once he gets there.
