Zach Reyes of Prep Redzone said that Walker “offers natural explosive burst at both positions and is an aggressive perimeter tackler from his CB spot. He shows speed and physicality with the ball in his hands after the catch and generates downhill, built-up speed as a vertical threat. Walker, who holds eight D-I offers, is one of the Bay Area’s best available skill guys after the early-signing period.”
