Waters possesses a great combination of length, speed, and balls skills for a major D1 recruit with the positional versatility to be effective from all over the field. See him line up a WR, DB, QB, and LB as a junior. At 6’2” 170 lbs. he has a thin frame that has growth potential to fill out and add weight without sacrificing his speed or athleticism. He’s fluid with his movement and flashes excellent burst in the short area to go with his long speed. He’s a natural playmaker that puts himself in position to make big impact plays and delivers. Elite level ball skills/hands at the catch point, adjusts well, creates space by boxing out opponents, and snatches it away with strong/quick hands. Recruiting skyrocketed after his junior season pulling in 14 offers before committing to Washington this summer.
Walker transferred to Windsor to play out his senior year. He’s looked good during the 7on7 and camp circuit this offseason adding some good weight (6’1” 200 lbs.) while maintaining his explosion. He’s got good game speed and is instinctual with the ball in his hands. Does a great job finding space and can finish with his elusiveness in the open field or by lowering his shoulder, driving through contact, and breaking tackles. Quick to locate and attack the ball at both WR and DB. Can time out his jump and high point. He adjusts well and shows good ball judgement skills with the body control to make tough contested catches in traffic. Transitions quickly and can drop his hip level to accelerate out of his breaks. Possesses great versatility and athleticism to play either side of the ball at a high level in college depending on scheme and development as he progresses. He was impressive in his first three years at Rancho Cotati and should build on that as a senior being one of the top uncommitted 2024 recruits left in the state. Offer list stands at eight with six PAC12 schools in addition to Miami and Colorado State.
Fulton has skyrocketed up rankings and recruiting boards since the start of the spring bringing in nine D1 offers from a variety of FBS and FCS programs. The UNLV commit checks a lot of boxes as a high-level DB prospect with ideal length (6’3” 165 lbs.), speed, and growth potential. He’s got great range with the ability to cover all three depths of the field effectively. Smooth in the hips, he’s able to transition out, change directions, and close space on the ball in a hurry. Great natural instincts in coverage and is a ball hawk in the secondary, picked off 6 balls as a junior. He shows good route recognition and anticipates well to break on the ball and make a play at the catch point. Good eye discipline to trigger quickly and is efficient with technique/footwork. Really impressive natural ability and talent should see him continue to rise up with a strong senior season.
Highlights
Transferred to Mt. Diablo to play out his senior year after a strong start to his career at Freedom. Electric with the ball in his hands, he shows a great combination of power and speed. Elite level short area quickness and elusiveness in the open field with top end/2nd gear speed to finish off long gains in the end zone. Low center of gravity with good leverage and leg drive to run through defenders between the tackles and pick up tough yardage. He’s savvy and creative with good vision to see angles and attack open running lanes. Great feel for the game as a ball carrier that is aware of where defenders are and can successfully read blocks to create. Another one of the top uncommitted athletes in northern California he holds nine D1 offers to date from a mix of P5, G5, and FCS programs including Utah, Washington State, UNLV, and Air Force.
Parker’s a gifted athlete whose recruitment has been building this summer with new offers coming in from San Jose State, Washington, and Sacramento State in addition to his early offer from UNLV. At 6’0” 185 lbs. he’s an impact player in all three phases that shows great burst/acceleration out of his explosive lateral cuts. Possesses a wide skillset that allows him to be effective from all over the field playing fast and physical. As a ball carrier, love his ability to be elusive in the short area in combination with his running strength and contact balance. Extremely tough to tackle once in space. Natural pass catcher with plus ball skills to track/adjust to ball flight. Defensively, he flies around and plays relentless in pursuit. He’s smart and anticipates to quickly break on the ball and close space. Expect to see the same big play ability and explosiveness as a senior after transferring to Grant.
