Victor Ruano
Victor Ruano
Ruano’s an underrated two-way player (WR/DB) with promising athleticism and skillset. He’s a multifaceted receiver that can play perimeter or slot, is a crafty athlete in tight spaces after the catch, and digs defenders out in the run game with grit and physicality. Sneaky length and noticeable foot-quickness could be great WR assets at the next level as he continues to develop. Ruano should be on the radar for D-III/NAIA programs looking to add a WR.
A’jhuan Parker
A’jhuan Parker
Parker’s a physical athlete at 6’/180 with great upside as a versatile nickel defender. He excels in man coverage over the slot where he can press the LOS and use his length to disrupt routes on the front-end. He reacts aggressively downhill to shallow routes in soft coverage and shows promising speed and fluidity running downfield with wheels/slot fades. Parker just picked up a PWO offer from D-II Southwestern Baptist in December.
Keck proved to be a versatile offensive weapon for Clayton Valley operating as the team’s leading receiver with 53 catches for over 800 yards and 5 TDs on the season. He’s a big target at 6’4”/210 that can run routes on the perimeter or at TE. He’s a deceptive route-runner that can get downfield with long strides, dominates at the catch point with his length and soft hands, and can find the soft spots against zone coverage. He uses his body well to shield defenders and shows promising traits as a run blocker. Keck, who picked up his first offer from UNLV in May, is a high-upside TE prospect with a strong receiving skillset.
Highlights
Leronn Nelson
Leronn Nelson
Nelson’s a developing OT with promising size and technique at 6’4”/275. He moves his feet well in pass pro from his LT spot and uses his hands/length effectively against oncoming rushers. He’s a strong down-blocker that can wash DEs out and fits well into double teams with OGs. Could clean up his leverage at the POA and effectiveness in space when working up to the second level but his baseline fundamentals should prove valuable to his overall development. Nelson, who took a visit to Mercer in November, should continue to put his name on the OL radar this offseason. `
Walker flashed the athletic upside that helped him generate four P-5 offers during the offseason leading into his senior year. He’s a plus-side athlete (6’1″/185) on both sides of the ball (WR/DB) that offers natural explosive burst at both positions and is an aggressive perimeter tackler from his CB spot. He shows speed and physicality with the ball in his hands after the catch and generates downhill, built-up speed as a vertical threat. Walker, who holds eight D-I offers, is one of the Bay Area’s best available skill guys after the early-signing period.
