About Ace

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a physical, downhill runner who plays with intensity and purpose. I run between tackles, focus on gaining tough yards, and finishing every run strong. I take pride in being an up-the-middle back who can break tackles, move the pile, and wear down a defense. My game is built on effort, discipline, and doing my job to help the team succeed.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm a highly competitive player and bring intensity every time I step on the field. I hold myself to a high standard, focusing on being consistent and coachable. As a team-oriented player, I try to lead by example using my worth ethic and effort to guide my approach.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

One of the things I'm most proud of, off the field, is my involvement in the Best Buddies club at my school where I build relationships and spend time with students who are neurodivergent and/or differently abled. I've also volunteered at the Special Olympics for the past four years. These experiences have helped me to grow in leadership, empathy, and communication.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through football, my involvement in the Best Buddies club, and maintaining a high honors academic achievement level during my first year of high school, I've developed strong leadership, teamwork and accountability. I've learned how to integrate different communication styles based on the situation, build trust, and stay disciplined.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One challenge I've faced is being under-sized for my position. I've used that as motivation to work harder, especially in the weight room, where I've focused on building strength and power in my legs. It's pushed me to develop a stronger work ethic and prove that I can compete and succeed through effort, toughness, and discipline.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college where I can compete at a high level, continue to develop as a running back, and be part of a strong team culture. I value a program that emphasizes hard work, accountability, and development, along with strong academics to prepare me for life after football.
