Continue ReadingWe have finished our first update of the Class of 2026 Rankings! We went from 71 to 100 names ranked, and the Watch List is full of athletes that are sure to put together film that will move them up to a ranked position this fall. Among those original 71 athletes were several that had a great offseason, and worked their way up the board despite all the new additions. Those are the athletes that we shine the spotlight on in today’s article. We start with one of the best overall players in the Class.
Stock Movement: Up 20 SpotsrnAn athlete who is going to spend his HS career competing for the #1 spot is Racine Case’s RB
Anthony Liggins

. Anthony has proven to be one of the most explosive playmakers in the state. The 5’6″ 160 lbs RB played varsity as a freshman and stood out from the crowd. He already possesses great vision and instincts. He sees the entire field and does a great job of using blocks or cut back lanes to get himself into the open field. Once out in space, good luck catching up to the speedster. He erases pursuit angles with the long speed. What really surprises on his tape is the contact balance. Liggins ran through contact and proved to have a stout, low center of gravity and a powerful lower body. Keep your eyes out for this kid’s tape on a weekly basis. He is one of the next standout RBs coming out of WI.

Stock Movement: Up 8 SpotsrnAnother athlete who worked his way up the rankings and into the Top 5 is Kenosha Bradford’s 6’2″ 175 lbs WR

. Tony is a long, lean athlete who gave us a quick glimpse into what looks like a very bright future for him. Despite his long frame, Tony has proven to have the balance and body control to be able to run smooth routes, and also make the unplanned adjustments after the ball is in the air. His ability to track the ball and put himself in position to make the catch looks well developed already. Add in soft hands to make catches away from his body and you have a budding WR with size, hands, and the body control to be a high level prospect. He fits the mold of a must watch prospect.
Stock Movement: Up 14 SpotsrnWe stay down in the Racine/Kenosha area for another big stock riser. This time it is our new #1 ATH Lamont Hamilton Lamont Hamilton 6’0″ | 170 lbs | ATH St. Catherine’s | 2026 State WI . Lamont is an elite overall athlete. He holds a D1 offer in basketball already, and his work on the football field is just as intriguing. Especially at DB. Lamont has a smooth backpedal and great change of direction out of that backpedal. His quick feet and fluid hips allow him to change direction effortlessly. His awareness and range give him the ability to make plays outside of his assignment. Plays that he simply diagnoses and puts himself in position to make. I was going to make him our DB1, but we went with ATH because when the highlights flip to WR Hamilton stands out just as much there. He attacks the ball in the air. Has the bounce to go get it and give his QB a huge catch radius. His hands allow him to make the catch and maintain it through the hit, even if he can’t reel it all the way into his body. Plus he is an excellent route runner. He is a top basketball prospect, but football coaches need to be well aware of him as well.
Stock Movement: Up 7 SpotsrnA prospect who is just starting to tap into his potential is the OL/DL out of Aquinas. Will Flottmeyer Will Flottmeyer 6’3″ | 230 lbs | OL Aquinas | 2026 State WI checks in at 6’3″ 220 lbs and already has varsity experience under his belt. He has shown to be a very effective puller from the guard position. Will closes quickly, and has the strength to get a push and open up holes for his RBs. The range to get across the formation is only part of his game though. Flottmeyer has shown the strength to be able to fire out of his stance, get underneath his man, and bulldoze off the line or down the formation. Aquinas has done well developing high quality OL prospects. I will following closely to see if Will is next up.

Stock Movement: Up 13 SpotsrnOur final big stock riser is the 5’10” 190 lbs bowling ball RB out of Grafton. O’Neil was able to work his way up to some varsity experience as a freshman in 2022. No question, the RB was ready for the physicality under the Friday night lights. Wright runs behind his pads and keeps his feet moving until he is drug down. The one cut runner also has shown patience after the hand off. Something that not many RBs his age are able to do. O’Neil lets his blocks develop and then will attack the hole. I can’t wait to see how he has developed this offseason. We could see a breakout year from the underclassman.
