Kent’s latest offer came by way of FCS St.Francis on 10/22/22. Dayton has also offered the senior Linebacker. McMahon is a hard-thumping, aggressive, physical Linebacker for Head coach Mike Evans. He’s a sure open-field tackler that displays good form & leverage. McMahon’s a smart player whose play recognition is sharp. The 23′ LB goes hard every play causing explosive hits & collisions consistently. Kent’s bulk & speed is adequate for the position collegiately at 6’2 215 lbs. He’s a good Blitzer that’s active in general. McMahon’s pass drops into zone coverage show his fluid mobility. Canon Mac’s veteran LB will be a valuable contributor on special teams on the next level.

Kent’s first offer came by way of Dayton, but he’s on several FCS program’s radar now. McMahon has the size at 6’2 215 and the physicality to match. He is consistently productive causing sacks, TFLs & turnovers on defense. He doesn’t allow ball carriers the opportunity to wiggle out of his tackles. Kent has a good football IQ with sharpe play recognition. He does a great job making open field tackles & zone dropping. He’s always a threat blitzing that team’s have to account for. Through the first half of the season McMahon has had some explosive hits at LB. Head coach Mike Evans will need to count on his D1 prospect more than ever this week.
