Continue ReadingIt’s finally almost time for the 2Tenths Top 150 camp. This event is an invite-only showcase with a ton of talent from top to bottom. There will even be D1 talent imported into Shadyside Academy on Sunday. All of the prospects scheduled to attend, who have been offered by D1 programs, are listed below. I will be doing a wide-ranging recap of the top performers, offered or not, following the conclusion of the camp.
D1 Out of State Homegrown Talent:
I’m really excited to see the relocated Pittsburgh native and current Texas prospect, Keisean Henderson, up close. He’s a top-tier 6’3 athlete who’s already a two-time state champion. Henderson has been training hard with popular speed and agility trainer Dwayne Brown of the 2Tenths Foundation this summer. He will be transitioning to QB1 this season, and I’m sure he will be impressive. Henderson is a prospect with body control and fluidity as an athlete. He runs sharp routes and excels at Mossing DBs at the catch point. His speed and quickness allow him to gain YAC following his receptions regularly. His ball skills, plus his big frame, make him a top-priority recruit in the 2026 class. Athletes like Keisean always amaze me with their versatility across the board. He displayed a strong arm and crisp QB mechanics and footwork on 2 clips on his film. He’s showed a lot of physicality, breaking tackles at the WR position and even tackling on the goal line at DB. No surprise that he just received a scholarship today from power 5 University of Pittsburgh in the ACC. The blue-chip prospect already has several D1 scholarship offers from programs such as Colorado, Oregon, TCU, Arizona State, Texas A&M, Washington State, Nebraska, Houston, Kansas, UNLV, SMU, Tulane, Texas Southern, Grambling, UTSA, and Texas State.
Williams is another relocated Pittsburgh native and present Texas all-world athlete who will also be in attendance at the Top 150 camp. Williams is a deep threat that is also very savvy when he plays the WR position. He has strong hands with a vast catch radius and top-notch body control when he runs routes. He’s explosive off the line, and if given a free release at the line of scrimmage, he will create separation. He’s unpredictable due to his speed and the ability to get in and out of his breaks. He’s skilled at using his leverage to set the DB up at the top of his routes. His football intelligence is evident by the way he’s able to find the holes and sit down in zone coverage. Williams is a 3-sport standout with a 3.9 GPA to go along with his physical gifts. Taz has been a hot recruit on the national scene for the class of 2025 for some time now. He has offers from all the FBS big dogs, including Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Penn State, Auburn, Pitt, Stanford, Cal, Florida, Tennessee, Texas Tech, WVU, and Oregon, to list a few. Taz may not perform but will still be present, but when you’ve earned his status, his “presence becomes a present.”

Clinton Robinson Clinton Robinson 6’1″ | 195 lbs | ATH Keystone Oaks | 2024 State PA is a Syracuse Orangeman commit that enjoys smacking ball carriers both in open space and confined areas. He displays above average hip and footwork, maintaining control in his backpedal and effectively defending his zone in two-high coverage. Clinton’s instincts are impressive, fearlessly engaging in physical play. He excels as a ball hawk, anticipating throws and displaying skills in intercepting passes at their highest point. His aggressive nature makes him an asset in run defense near the line of scrimmage. Clinton’s relentless motor and reliable tackling make him a valuable asset in open-field situations. He refuses to be blocked by receivers once he recognizes the play. With his dominance and activity in all facets of the game, Clinton will immediately enhance the Special Teams unit. His athleticism enables him to excel as both a strong and free safety at the next level. Robinson is one of 4 FBS commits scheduled to attend the 2Tenths Top 150 Camp.
Ty is a Pitt Panther commit that’s also scheduled to attend the Top 150 camp event. Yuhas explodes off the line of scrimmage with excellent power and speed upon engaging with opponents. The ‘24 defensive end showcases the ability to blitz effectively whether lined up in a two or three point stance, and he demonstrates agility when changing direction in pursuit of the ball carrier. Ty gives a strong effort and actively contributes in stopping the run. He possesses the physicality of a hard-hitting defender and consistently shows explosive athleticism when making tackles. Ty showcases versatility by being able to play both interior and exterior positions along the defensive line. He effectively employs his hands to disengage from blockers, displaying impressive technique and strength.
Pons is another FBS commit that will grace the Top 150 camp with his presence. The Miami (OH) Redhawk commit is a versatile and talented athlete who excels on both offense and defense. As a free safety, his skills shine, aided by his solid technique and deep understanding of the game. His agility and hip movement allow him to effectively support the defense in man-free coverage along the sideline. Jackson’s impressive ball skills enable him to consistently make impactful plays on the football. He demonstrates excellent play recognition, swiftly identifying the right moments to aggressively support the defense from the free safety position. On offense, Jackson stands out as a precise route runner, displaying quickness in his cuts and transitions. He showcases good speed on deep passes and when executing the zone read play. Jackson’s ability to block field goals from the edge makes him a valuable asset for college special teams. It will be fun to watch Pons work.

In a recent decision, Jason Cross officially committed to the West Virginia Mountaineers. As a versatile athlete, Cross consistently exhibits explosive power and exceptional athleticism on both offense and defense. After careful consideration, he ultimately selected WVU over notable programs such as Syracuse and Michigan State. Cross exhibits precise footwork and fluid hip movement, enabling him to cover a wide range of the field effectively in his safety position. His exceptional speed and athletic prowess make him a highly promising prospect. Cross has consistently showcased impressive ball skills and has displayed the ability to make impactful interception returns. Fearlessly running toward the line of scrimmage, he initiates significant collisions. With a strong football IQ, Jason adeptly reads the quarterback’s eyes, allowing him to anticipate and react effectively. On offense, he excels as a dynamic playmaker, displaying breakaway speed and elusive agility. These attributes make him a strong candidate to excel as a return specialist.
