This is one of those receivers who you have to talk about when you mention the 2025 class. He is a guy who is a superb route runner for his age. He is only going to get better at running routes. This is a young man who has a chance to make an early impact when he gets on the college level. Williams is a favorite for a lot of fans who want to see him play on their college campus. Williams also has good speed. He can pick up a lot of yards after the catch. He is one of those guys known for having sure hands.

Williams Jr. was consistent all day at the Under Armour Camp in Dallas, displaying why he’s one of the most sought-after wide receivers in the Texas and a national recruit. His superb route running, reliable hands, and explosive burst stood out, making him a dependable pass-catching threat throughout the event. He has a stout build and a game-ready frame, Williams Jr. has the physical attributes necessary for success at the collegiate level. Combined with his ability to quickly get in and out of breaks and his impressive catch radius, it’s no wonder he had such a standout performance in Dallas. With over 50 offers, Williams Jr. is undoubtedly a top target for numerous programs, including the Texas Longhorns. Taz has the most offers of any prospect in the class of 2025.

Williams Jr. is a big body target who runs crisp routes, he is explosive at the point of attack which enables him to win consistently off of the line of scrimmage, his ability to change directions quickly aids in him being able to beat press coverage and these traits make him one the most dangerous weapons in the Red Oak offense. Taz wins on the 50/50 contested catches routinely, he has great body control combined with the physical make up to brush off contact and that was on full display on a huge grab over a defender in which he muscled the ball into his hands and sprinted to the end zone for six. He finished the night with 6 catches for 143 yards and a touchdown, while averaging over 23 yards a catch. He is one to top wide receivers in the Class of 2025 and holds double digits offers from the likes of Texas, Alabama, Baylor, Wisconsin and Georgia to name a few.

Williams is another relocated Pittsburgh native and present Texas all-world athlete who will also be in attendance at the Top 150 camp. Williams is a deep threat that is also very savvy when he plays the WR position. He has strong hands with a vast catch radius and top-notch body control when he runs routes. He’s explosive off the line, and if given a free release at the line of scrimmage, he will create separation. He’s unpredictable due to his speed and the ability to get in and out of his breaks. He’s skilled at using his leverage to set the DB up at the top of his routes. His football intelligence is evident by the way he’s able to find the holes and sit down in zone coverage. Williams is a 3-sport standout with a 3.9 GPA to go along with his physical gifts. Taz has been a hot recruit on the national scene for the class of 2025 for some time now. He has offers from all the FBS big dogs, including Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Penn State, Auburn, Pitt, Stanford, Cal, Florida, Tennessee, Texas Tech, WVU, and Oregon, to list a few. Taz may not perform but will still be present, but when you’ve earned his status, his “presence becomes a present.”

Williams has an explosive first step, he has oily hips, he has deep hip bend in and out of his breaks, he runs sharp, crisp routes and his clean, smooth footwork enables him to win consistently off of the line of scrimmage. He has strong, large mitts that engulf the football, he is a hands catcher that routinely receives the ball away from his body and he has an extended catch radius that allows him to make difficult grabs look easy. Williams excels at yards after the catch, he is shifty in space and he has a burst with the speed to make a house call from any distance. Taz is one the hottest recruits in the country, picking offers in the month of February from, Georgia, LSU, West Virginia and Miami.
