We have plenty of prospects to keep an eye on as we start to shift our focus to the 2024 season.
Taz Williams Jr. Taz Williams Jr. 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Red Oak | 2025 State TX -Wide Receiver-Red Oak-6’0” 181-Pounds
Williams Jr. exploded onto the scene during the 2023 football season. The Red Oak wide receiver has excellent speed, and he uses it well to keep opposing defensive backs off-balance. Williams Jr. has set the stage for a strong 2024 football season. This season he hauled in 80 receptions for 1,251 yards, and 14 touchdowns. Williams Jr. is a prospect to watch out for in 2025, he has the potential to do big things on Saturdays in the future.

Kaliq Lockett Kaliq Lockett 6'2" | 180 lbs | WR Sachse | 2025 State TX is a wide receiver that opposing defenders must account for in the red zone. He has the impressive ability to go up and high point the football. Lockett can take passes away from opposing defensive backs. The Sachse wide receiver has the speed to stretch the field vertically and can work the short and intermediate routes in good fashion. During the 2023 season, Lockett hauled in 59 receptions for 1,299 yards and 13 touchdown receptions.

Gracen Harris Gracen Harris 5'9" | 160 lbs | WR Ennis | 2025 State TX has the talent to play multiple positions on the offensive side of the ball. Harris has the ability to throw the football, carry the ball, and catch the ball. He is perhaps at his most dangerous when he is working as a wide receiver. Harris accounted for 15 total touchdowns this season and has the potential to put together a big 2024 football season. The future Oklahoma Sooner is a player to watch out for next season.
Dakorien Moore Dakorien Moore 5'11" | 175 lbs | WR Duncanville | 2025 State TX -Wide Receiver-Duncanville-5’11” 175-Pounds
Duncanville has dangerous prospects all over the field that can slice apart a defense. Moore does a great job of creating separation from opposing defenders. He is a threat to take it the distance from anywhere on the field. Moore has the kind of speed that makes it extremely difficult for opposing defenders to account for him on the field. Moore is a player to watch this week in the state championship and also a prospect to watch out for in 2024.
Daylan McCutcheon Daylan McCutcheon 6'0" | 160 lbs | WR Lovejoy | 2025 State TX -Wide Receiver-Lovejoy-6’0” 175-Pounds
The 2023 football season was a breakout season for the Lovejoy wide receiver. McCutcheon does an excellent job of hauling in every pass thrown in his direction. He is a wide receiver that uses his speed and route running to create separation from opposing defenders. McCutcheon had a strong season in 2023. He hauled in 92 receptions for 1,423 yards and 19 touchdowns on the season. The 2025 class is load with talented wide receivers and the recruiting competition should be interesting.
