Stowers picked up his first D-I offer from UC Davis after a strong showing at the Warriors 4 Youth Camp in Hawaii this month. The junior QB put together a highly productive first season with Mt. Miguel passing for over 3,300 yards and 38 TDs after transferring in from Nevada. He packs a strong, accurate arm that can distribute to every area of the field and is an effective improvisor outside the pocket. Stowers is a QB to keep an eye on as the offseason rolls on.

The Vegas native and former Desert Pines QB balled out at the W4Y camp and showed a very strong arm and the ability to thread the needles under pressure in live fire. Stowers gained national attention from the camp and received his first D1 offer from UC Davis shortly after. Stowers is a high-end QB prospect and will earn many more D1 offers this off-season.

Stowers leads one of the more explosive offenses in all of San Diego, and is a well polished passer that excels at buying time in the pocket and has a very strong arm downfield with good mechanics. He passed for over 3,300 yards in his Junior season with 38 touchdowns, and had a QBR of 128 with over a 65% completion percentage. Stowers excels at navigating the pocket, evading pressure and breaking tackles while keeping his eyes downfield and can tuck it and run when needed while showing some downfield speed and wiggle. He does a nice job at placing the ball into tight windows away from defenders and shows the ability to throw on the run with good zip on the ball and across his body. Heading into his Senior season, he will be one of the more prolific passers across Southern California.

He’s a talented lefty who evades pressure in the pocket well and is a very good athlete.

Stowers- the only 2026 to make the list- returns to Desert Pines after throwing for nearly 2,100 yards and 19 TDs as a sophomore. He’s a strong, athletic lefty at 6’/205 that’s effective at getting the ball out in-rhythm and on time. He has quick, active feet in the pocket that he can use to escape the rush but is still a bit raw in his mechanics and footwork at this stage. He’s an accurate thrower on rollouts and can lead his playmakers into space on quick hitters. Stowers should be considered one of the top 2026 QBs in Vegas heading into next season.
