He finished the game as his team’s leading rusher with 18 carries for 159 yards and two touchdowns. Connor also made an impact on defense, coming away with two interceptions. Hodge is committed to East Carolina where I can see him finding a key role once he gets there.

Hodge thrived in his new role, finishing the regular season as the 3A passing leader, completing 176/256 passes for 2,495 yards, 25 touchdowns, and eight interceptions in 10 games. Connor has a very strong arm which he uses to lead his receivers down the field in the deep passing game. Hodge has also shown true dual-threat ability, using his speed and elusiveness in the open field to break away for a big play on the ground at any given moment. Connor finished the regular season as his team’s leader in rushing with 98 carries for 479 yards and nine touchdowns. He also made an impact on defense as a defensive back, finishing the regular season with 18 tackles, two tackles for loss, and three interceptions. He also does a great job of escaping pressure while keeping his eyes down the field to make throws on the run. He also finished the season with 56 tackles and four tackles for loss. Hodge currently holds several Division I offers and I expect more to come his way going into his senior year.
