He put the icing on the cake with the game winner, after knocking down the extra point and successfully kicking the onside kick. Cooper is currently the #2 kicker and is putting on an impressive performance in this early season. In his last scrimmage he hit a 48-yard field goal, keep your eyes on Welch for him to have a few more splash performances.
