There are eight defensive linemen in the Top 50 for the Class of 2025 and nine defensive linemen overall in Missouri in the Prep Redzone database, which continues to grow every day.
Today we are taking a closer look at the top prospects. (Click on the player names to check out their prospect pages on PRZ, including links to their HUDL highlights.)
1. Keylan LaGrant Keylan LaGrant 6'3" | 215 lbs | LB East St. Louis | 2025 IL , Lutheran-St. Charles
LaGrant, a 6-foot-3, 215-pound edge rusher, is the No. 4 overall prospect in Missouri in the Class of 2025 following a freshman season that saw him contribute to the Cougars’ state championship run.
He recorded 41 tackles, four sacks and one fumble recovery in his first varsity season. LaGrant, who received his first scholarship offer from Arkansas on January 19, could end up as a defensive end or linebacker at the next level.
2. Lucas Allgeyer Lucas Allgeyer 6'6" | 260 lbs | DL MICDS | 2025 State MO , MICDS
A 6-5, 240-pounder, who is also an offensive lineman, Allgeyer checks in as the No. 6 overall prospect in Missouri in the early Class of 2025 rankings.
Allgeyer recorded 43 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and four sacks on the varsity level for a Rams squad that went 12-1. He was tied for third on the team in sacks.
3. Ka’Mori Moore Ka’Mori Moore 6'1" | 285 lbs | DL Lee's Summit North | 2025 State MO , Lee’s Summit North
A mountain of a young man at 6-1 and 295 pounds, Moore is the No. 11 overall prospect in Missouri in the 2025 rankings.
Moore recorded 10 tackles on the varsity level as a freshman for a loaded and physical Lee’s Summit North squad that advanced to the Missouri Class 6 semifinals.
4. Motie Williams Motie Williams 6'3" | 280 lbs | DL Liberty North | 2025 State MO , Liberty North
A 6-2, 240-pounder, Williams is ranked as the No. 16 overall prospect in Missouri in the Class of 2025 rankings.
Williams was credited with nine tackles, one sack and one fumble recovery for a talented Eagles squad that finished as the runner-up in Class 6.
Williams qualified for the Missouri Class 4 wrestling championships in the 285 pound weight class. He was a second-team all-conference selection in wrestling.
5. Trenton Bindel Trenton Bindel 6'1" | 260 lbs | DL Liberty (KC) | 2025 State MO , Liberty (KC)
Bindel, a 6-1, 220-pounder, is the No. 23 overall prospect in Missouri in the early Class of 2025 rankings and also a member of Liberty’s powerhouse state championship wrestling program.
Bindel recorded 20 tackles, four tackles for loss, two sacks and one blocked kick on the varsity level as a freshman.
