A key cog in the impressive Avon Old Farm offensive line unit. Zachary Gluckman Zachary Gluckman 6'2" | 270 lbs | OL Avon Old Farms | 2024 State New E serves as an interior guard who can align right or left in the future. 6’2, 275, Gluckman is light enough on his feet to leap out of his stance in a hurry, all while maintaining good pad level. Those are two traits that I love to see in pulling guards. Anyone can get out of their stance quickly, can you do it while maintaining balanced feet and low pad level. Gluckman’s tape shows he can do just that. Can throw multiple punches in pass-protection while engaged. His initial punch will land and startle, he’ll then look to lock out his arms and completely stalemate his opponent. Equally as punishing in run-blocking sets as he is in pass-pro. His tape is always a pleasure. He might be a wait-and-see prospect because of his size. I wouldn’t worry about it too much.

Plug in the five games out of Zachary Gluckman Zachary Gluckman 6'2" | 270 lbs | OL Avon Old Farms | 2024 State New E if you want to watch some top-level guard play against elite competition. No sugar coating it, unranked transfer out of Byram Hills is looking awesome so far in both run-blocking and pass-protection. The left guard for Avon Old Farms is showing off elite hand-placement when engaging with his matchup. Awesome upperbody strength and grip to latch onto defenders. He’s punishing, often flattening his matchup if he can get his head around to the correct side. A steerer in run-support. Calm in pass-pro, doesn’t reach often, looks comfortable in his stance too. Exciting junior prospect.
