Zachary Gluckman Zachary Gluckman 6’2″ | 270 lbs | OL Avon Old Farms | 2024 State New E serves as an interior guard who can align right or left in the future. 6’2, 275, Gluckman is light enough on his feet to leap out of his stance in a hurry, all while maintaining good pad level. Those are two traits that I love to see in pulling guards. Anyone can get out of their stance quickly, can you do it while maintaining balanced feet and low pad level. Gluckman’s tape shows he can do just that. Can throw multiple punches in pass-protection while engaged. His initial punch will land and startle, he’ll then look to lock out his arms and completely stalemate his opponent. Equally as punishing in run-blocking sets as he is in pass-pro. His tape is always a pleasure. He might be a wait-and-see prospect because of his size. I wouldn’t worry about it too much.

Here’s a kid I’ve been fond of for some time. He still doesn’t have an offer since the last time I wrote about him, hardly a problem or anything to worry about, especially considering the fact he’s putting out phenomenal tape. The letters and phone calls will come. Crump’s reps in space are a sight to witness. Great open-field locator. Has the flexibility to really run out in front of backs in screen sets. There’s clear attention to detail on his tape. Crump doesn’t exactly overbear his opponents with size and strength, he’s going to win with terrific hand placement and leverage rep in and rep out. Don’t get it twisted, this kid still racks up pancakes. Crump is slightly bigger and taller than he was before the season. I’m interested in seeing his final build.

Nearly identical build to Thades Crump Thades Crump 6’3″ | 285 lbs | OL The Loomis Chaffee | 2024 State New E , Brady Earle Brady Earle 6’2″ | 280 lbs | OL Milton Academy | 2024 State New E stands at 6’3, 280 pounds, serving as Milton Academy’s left guard. Excels in run-blocking, yet Brady Earle Brady Earle 6’2″ | 280 lbs | OL Milton Academy | 2024 State New E is the first player on this list to display two-way ability. Some coaches might like Brady Earle Brady Earle 6’2″ | 280 lbs | OL Milton Academy | 2024 State New E ‘s abilities at IDL, his tape shows he can produce there. I, however, like Earle’s traits to project him at IOL, preferably at a program that prefers to run the ball. Not to say Earle can’t pass-protect with the best of them, I feel his calling is in serving as a pulling guard or a down-blocking mauler that can open lanes for backs who run between the tackles. I reiterate, I could see a future where a program really likes him kicked inside a defensive line.

“Big Ern” is a new name to the rankings, he was very close to cracking the top 100, which would have been a hell of a debut for a prospect who was recently unknown by those outside of New Hampshire. Nonetheless, Obiorah debuts inside the top 110, a perfect spot for a lineman that might be scratching the surface of his potential. I value his pass-blocking prowess more than anything. From a pass-pro perspective, you might have the best anchor on this list. I see him reach from time to time against speed, if that gets cleaned up, you have a long tackle prospect who has the knee bend and strong hips to serve as a potential sleeper left tackle in this class. He can provide violence as a finisher when strong side in zone-run sets. I’m still enamored with his potential to protect the quarterback. Excited to see how high he can rise in our ranks.
This one is a bit of a head-scratcher for me. Gustav Steffelin Gustav Steffelin 6’5″ | 295 lbs | OL Salisbury | 2024 State New E , a 6’5, 295-pound specimen has yet to see traction in recruiting to my knowledge. Again, there’s hardly any reason to panic. With tape this impressive, as well as the build this young man possesses, his time will come. Steffelin provides a lean-cut build if that’s possible for a 300-pound lineman. Steffelin is apparently a special player on the court as well. I know how much college coaches value big, athletic centers, this kid is that, with special tape on turf to boot. Now you begin to understand my frustration. Steffelin is a bully left tackle out of Hotchkiss School in Connecticut. Awesome lateral quickness in pass protection. Incredible lower and upper body strength. Sweet feet in his kickback. He’s seen absorbing power and speed. Tack on some second-level blocking and you can hardly find holes in this kid’s game. I think the debut ranking was a modest one. Watch this kid blow up.

The most massive prospect on this list, Luke Schutte Luke Schutte 6’4″ | 310 lbs | OL The Rivers School | 2024 State New E serves as The Rivers School’s dominant right tackle. The young man’s tape is pretty straightforward, line up, see the man, drive the man. Schutte is perfectly aligned by the Rivers School coaching staff. This kid is a mauling tackle that pretty much bull-dozes anything in front of him. Tape like this is always fun to watch, there isn’t much to dissect. Some might consider his tape to be “limited” due to a lack of reps and specified roles. I wouldn’t overthink it. Schutte is 320 pounds of man leading the way for TRS ball carriers.
