About Westin
Expert Analysis
Alin Edouard | Prep Redzone Scout
I saw Westin at a Midwestern State camp, and he stood out as a young quarterback who already shows a solid foundation to build on. There’s a calmness to how he operates in drills, and he doesn’t look sped up by the moment, which is a good early indicator at his stage.
Mechanically, Westin shows a clean throwing motion with a decent release point that allows him to get the ball out on time. He’s still developing consistency with placement, but there are flashes where he puts the ball exactly where it needs to be on short and intermediate throws.

Class of 2030 prospect Westin looked sharp at camp, showing why he’s already a name to monitor early in his development. He moved with confidence, competed well in drills, and didn’t look out of place against older competition. What stood out most was his poise and willingness to learn on the fly, adjusting quickly between reps and staying engaged throughout the day. For a young player, the foundation is clearly there, and if he continues to grow and refine his game, he’s got the kind of upside that will start turning more heads at future camps.
