Matt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
One of the more dominant defensive linemen across the state, Chee is a force in the trenches for an elite Thomas County Central team who will continue to climb the Prep Redzone rankings over time. A run-stopping defender who consistently made plays in the backfield, Chee saw a new big offer come his way from Indiana this week and it won’t be his last. Playing on an incredibly talented Yellow Jackets defense, Chee made a major impact as a sophomore, making 45 tackles, 18.5 TFLs and four sacks. Look for Chee to be a force once against next season.

One of the top young defenders across South Georgia, Chee is a quick and mobile interior defensive linemen who plays light on his feet and consistently found his way to the play. Playing on an incredibly talented Thomas County Central defense, Chee wasn’t asked to lead the way, but he made a giant impact throughout the season and was a force in the trenches all year long. The fast-rising linen has D1-caliber size at 6-foot-3 265-pounds and brings plenty of natural strength to the table. As a sophomore last fall, Chee made 32 tackles, 11.5 TFLs, six QB pressure, three sacks, and one pass deflection. Look for some really impressive offers to come his way over the next several months.

Prince Chee Prince Chee 6'3" | 265 lbs | DL Thomas County Central | 2028 State GA was a strong breakout candidate coming into his sophomore season, and he is absolutely proving the hype. He is a well-developed player from a physique standpoint with his size and broad shoulders. He has manipulative play strength at the point of attack, creating a dent in the pocket by bull rushing and steering blockers off their platform. His first step explosiveness is impressive, allowing him to shoot gaps and create instant penetration. Chee holds P4 offers and is a game wrecker on the inside. I expect him to remain at the top of the state at his position for the duration of his HS career.

A new South Georgia defensive lineman to know, this big 2028 lineman already brings impressive size, strength and potential. Playing for one of the best programs in that part of the state, Chee has a chance to make a giant impact for the Yellow Jackets this fall as a sophomore if he continues to work hard and develop his craft. He can already beat opposing linemen with his size, and he has three years left to work on his technique while continuing to add more muscle and mass to his promising frame. This 6-foot-3 270-pounder should see plenty of offers come his way down the road with a big 2025 season.
