Weber wasn’t as consistent as some of the top guys at the camp but his top throws were as good as anyone’s. He was sharp in the rail shot challenge on night one and can really drive the ball up the field on deeper throws. Weber had a nice pro day workout is a gamer when the pads come on.

announced his commitment to Cal on Thursday just ahead of the Elite 11 Finals.
Weber completed 70 percent of his passes for 304 yards per game with 41 touchdowns and nine interceptions for Chaparral last season. He also ran for 688 yards with 14 touchdowns.
He is competing at the Elite 11 Finals this weekend in Los Angeles and was one of the few uncommitted quarterbacks on the roster prior to Thursday.
Cincinnati and UCLA were also in Weber’s top three and he also had offers from Georgia, Michigan and Oregon among others. Weber is the eighth player from California in Cal’s 2027 recruiting class and the first quarterback.

Weber has a smooth delivery and can get the ball up the field effortlessly with a flick of the wrist when needed. He’s comfortable with all the footwork during the drills and can deliver a clean ball while on the run. One website named him their MVP of the day and he certainly had a case for it. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Weber earn an invite to the Elite 11 Final this summer at some point soon.
