Anderson was listed as a future D1 prospect back in April and that came to fruition with his first offer from Northern Arizona earlier this month. The 6’1” 155 lb. CB has the coveted length colleges look for with a 75 inch wingspan and the athleticism to be a lock down cover guy. Plays physical using active hands to throw receivers off their line and establish positioning with the ball in the air. Speed and reactionary quickness give him the ability to cover a wide route tree at all three levels. Forceful tackler that can disengage from blockers and secure the tackle in the open field. Gained valuable varsity experience as a freshman and his recruitment will continue to build.

Uses that reach to his advantage to disrupt receivers throughout the route and at the catch point. Longs strider in extended coverage with the ability to close ground and make up separation downfield. Demonstrates good body control reacting to routes and when playing the ball in the air. Strong one on one open field tackler that can line up a ball carrier and deliver heavy contact. Shows he can lock out stalk blockers and disengage efficiently. Selected First Team All Region and All City after totaling 46 tackles, 1 interception, and 12 PBU’s.
