Yet I couldn’t help but give this spot to Tim Gipli Tim Gipli 5'11" | DB Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA , who changed this game around with an incredible pick-six. Miscommunication between Meehan and his man led to a ball thrown right into Gipli’s waiting hands, he took it back and immediately changed this football game. Gipli continued to make things difficult outside the numbers for LC pass-catchers, was hip-to-hip with wideouts taking him deep. Throw in some good reps in run support too. What was icing on the cake, Gipli reeled in a huge catch on offense, proving to guys like me that he could be a two-way producer at this level if given the opportunity. Many Eagles could have been mentioned here, including Pond and Ginsberg, too. Great all-around game out of the program.

Took a little tumble down the rankings solely because of recruiting heat other DBs are seeing. 11 PBUs recorded on the junior season, 20 tackles to his name. An OTN corner you can trust to play press/man. A lot of early reps on tape have Tim Gipli Tim Gipli 5'11" | DB Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA jabbing and running with wideouts at the LOS. Pesky, annoying with his hands, all good traits to have. Stays on the hip when covering crossing routes, plays through the front-side hip. Joins Sam Cooper Sam Cooper 5'11" | 185 lbs | ATH Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA in the secondary, which makes two top 300 2024 seniors in the backend of the defense. Excited to see a more confident and experienced Gipli along the sideline.

I’ve been fond of Tim Gipli Tim Gipli 5'11" | DB Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA ‘s skillset for some time, yet he’s been awfully quiet this off-season in terms of socials. He could very well be camping and working, I just haven’t seen much of it being broadcasted on Twitter, which is more than okay. Gipli was a pivotal piece to an impressive secondary that included Sam Cooper Sam Cooper 5'11" | 185 lbs | ATH Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA and other talented DBs. He’s a bit of a sleeper at this point, as I’m not hearing too much interest around his name when I gauge college coaches. Again, that’s okay. I’ll do my best to see to it that he stays on Philadelphia recruiter’s radars.

These three prospects place out as the top-ranking Eagles, yet the program has an incredibly balanced roster that boasts many fringe D1 prospects. I’ll speak about the majority later and speak on these three here. Zamire Cottrell Zamire Cottrell 6'4" | 260 lbs | DL Conwell-Egan | 2023 State PA might be the most college-ready prospect on the team. Collegiate suitors seem to think so as well, as Cottrell has accumulated eight total D1 offers, recently picking up letters from Sacred Heart and New Hampshire. You can trust Cottrell to do his job and act as the anchor in the defensive trenches. The young man has pride on the field and it shows.

Sincer Fairey Sincer Fairey 6'1" | 220 lbs | ATH Conwell-Egan | 2025 State PA debuted on our ranks this offseason after his impressive freshman season last Fall. Fairey followed this up by looking like the best player on the field against Archbishop Ryan. I am willing to stamp this kid with a D1 ceiling and he’s just an underclassman, This is a player that I am clamoring for more coaches to get on their radars. There is not much Fairey can’t do on the field. He can pose as the team’s primary running back if he has to, toting the body type and toughness needed to run in between the tackles. His athleticism is through the roof, being able to act as a punt/kick returner and an excellent one at that. I’ve witnessed this kid return in person, he looks natural in the open field. Watching him work at OLB/DE, you might fall in love with his potential here as well. I counted two different strip-sacks at the game I attended, the kid is a superstar in the making in Philadelphia.

Tim Gipli Tim Gipli 5'11" | DB Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA is another trustworthy prospect that always seems to make plays in the secondary. Gipli came up with an interception in the game I attended against Archbishop Ryan. I always come away impressed with his abilities at the line of scrimmage, the kid isn’t afraid to get physical and jam at the LOS, he’s also unafraid to come downhill and stop the run if he’s in off coverage at the snap. Gipli’s time in recruiting will come, he’s just a junior that is legitimately one of the better DBs Philly has to offer. I hope he continues putting good tape together.
