As I was writing this report, both Jake Hohenshelt Jake Hohenshelt 6’4″ | 270 lbs | OL State College | 2024 State PA and Cole Meehan Cole Meehan 6’2″ | 190 lbs | QB Lansdale Catholic | 2024 State PA picked up their first offers. Huge moments for the soon-to-be seniors. Both have been camping and making their rounds hoping for potential suitors to pull the trigger.
Cole Meehan Cole Meehan 6’2″ | 190 lbs | QB Lansdale Catholic | 2024 State PA , a top-ranked quarterback throughout the duration of his career, finally had a school reach out to him in the form of an offer, that being the University of Buffalo. I expect the floodgates to open up in time, despite things being tough for most quarterbacks right now. We’ve clamored for more looks, thankfully the wait came to an end earlier this week. If the Lansdale Catholic passer shows up on your roster, expect to be pleased with the way he throws the ball.
Jake Hohenshelt Jake Hohenshelt 6’4″ | 270 lbs | OL State College | 2024 State PA also had his talents validated, as well as his ranking. The State College tight end has been on radar for some time now, very excited to hear that Coach Morrissey out of Rhode Island was the first to offer Hohenshelt. So new to the game of football, so overtly talented. This was a no-brainer. Don’t be surprised to see his offer number explode in coming weeks.

Former PCL Blue-Division MVP honors were given to Bonner back/linebacker Isaiah Session Isaiah Session 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Monsignor Bonner | 2024 State PA . Ranked just outside the top ten at his position, Session is a name that is often overlooked by colleges visiting Bonner-Prendie. The likes of Jalil Hall Jalil Hall 6’4″ | 190 lbs | WR Bonner & Prendie | 2025 State PA , Mylachi Wiliams, and Dylan Abram Dylan Abram 6’0″ | 160 lbs | DB Imhotep Charter | 2026 State PA gather the most attention, deservedly so. Session also looks to have had a relatively quiet off-season in terms of camping. Doesn’t mean the young man isn’t honing his craft still. I know of the work ethic established at this program. If you see the talented athlete on your roster, highlight his name. His tape will wow.

Feel like I’ve been writing about this young man left and right. I think he’s a lock for local FCS programs, especially considering how special of an off-season he’s had. He’s flashing winning reps at every camp he attends. He’s checking off boxes in terms of height/weight thresholds and grades. I’m giving English Jr. an FCS floor grade with a real chance of garnering FBS interest. Excited to see him again at Penn Charter workouts before training camp begins.

I’ve been fond of Tim Gipli Tim Gipli 5’11” | DB Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA ‘s skillset for some time, yet he’s been awfully quiet this off-season in terms of socials. He could very well be camping and working, I just haven’t seen much of it being broadcasted on Twitter, which is more than okay. Gipli was a pivotal piece to an impressive secondary that included Sam Cooper Sam Cooper 5’11” | 185 lbs | ATH Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA and other talented DBs. He’s a bit of a sleeper at this point, as I’m not hearing too much interest around his name when I gauge college coaches. Again, that’s okay. I’ll do my best to see to it that he stays on Philadelphia recruiter’s radars.
Danny Dyches Danny Dyches 6’4″ | 185 lbs | WR Souderton | 2024 State PA is sure to hear from coaches before training camp comes around. He’s a lock for FCS interest at the very least. Love how busy he’s kept himself this off-season, showing off his athleticism to all interested coaches on the track, and the field. Impressive High Jump numbers should have potential suitors pleased, especially since Dyches stands at a real 6’3.5. I bet coaches are equally excited about his DB potential as they are about his pass-catching abilities. I hope to see him work next week at the BuxMont College Showcase.

This young man is a no-brainer for me, like many on this list. Great size, a great stride for his build. Phenomenal transcript, a phenomenal feel for the game at numerous positions. Best of all, even better tape. There’s a good chance I’ll get a close look at Brodnik next weekend at the Coach Brady showcase. Brodnik has had to play the waiting game a bit, rest assured that coaches are ready to pull the trigger though. There aren’t too many holes to poke in his game.
