Is a great third DB in what is shaping up to becoming one of the better PCL secondaries. Has several first-down runs on tape, Hall will likely end the year with the most carries to his name, as many others will take up creative reps. Expecting him to trend up on our rankings in time.

He has a great feel for the game as he reads and reacts to the play. He is a good athlete that moves extremely well. His ability to run in full force with his ability to make plays all over the field. He is excellent at coverage and then making a play on the ball. He is also a good tackler, especially in the open field. Hall also got some time in the running back position, and he showed good ability as well. I bet Hall will get more playing time at running back next year as well.
