Nico Mavromat Nico Mavromat 5'9" | 176 lbs | LB/RB Cherokee Trail | 2027 State CO has a tremendous first step and closes ground in a hurry from his linebacker spot. In the run game, Nico is slippery and excels at avoiding oncoming blocker by reducing surface area and dipping low around them. What I love is Nico’s blitzing ability. It all starts from his great get off by reading and timing the snap extremely well – often OL can’t even get a hand on him he is in the backfield in such a hurry. He isn’t afraid to lay the wood at any point on the field either and has caused multiple fumbles and PBUs from his physicality. Nico is a standout in the weight room moving well above his weight.
