2 Tenths Top 150 Camp Part 1

I was fortunate enough to witness some incredible talent yesterday at the 2 Tenths Top 150 Camp. This event, held at Shadyside Academy in Pittsburgh, PA, showcased D1 talent from all over the state and beyond. Former and current NFL players, as well as college-level athletes like Aaron Donald, Elliot Donald, Damar Hamlin, and Rontez Miles, were coaching the campers. The event provided rare access to top-level football expertise. Numerous writers and media outlets were present, and they left impressed with the action. The substantial crowd for a summer elite prospect camp added to the atmosphere. He's fast, quick, and competitive. His quickness in changing directions stands out in person. His 4.5 speed was evident during the one-on-one portion, where he got separation on deep post and fade routes. He looked sharp in drills and has just as much potential as a CB as he does as a WR. He's a physical presser with the speed to run with receivers on fade routes. He competed like a kid with D1 offers, which he has. On Sunday, Allen stood out all day on the offensive line. His strong punch, controlled movements, and impressive kick slide were on full display during the one-on-one competitions. He's quick and looked noticeably slimmer than the last time I saw him in person. Jamar looked like a D1 center with the capability to play guard or tackle in a pinch. He transferred to Aliquippa from North Hills and is currently fighting a decision that ruled him ineligible for the 2024 season.    Hatton walked away as one of the camp MVPs. Tyler is a prospect we've mentioned a lot on this platform, and he didn't disappoint at the 2 Tenths camp. He runs routes well and has excellent body control when making receptions or stemming his routes. His frame has consistently developed, and he now stands at 6'4 and 240 lbs. Tyler is built like a college TE already. He has two D1 scholarship offers from UNLV and Robert Morris University.    Gorman was another standout who earned an MVP rating for his performance on the day. I knew Will already had a couple of FBS offers, but I didn't realize how deep his pass-rushing repertoire was. During 1-on-1s, I saw him win in various ways, getting to the QB by bull-rushing, speed-rushing, and dipping and ripping. He's another prospect that moves well and continues to add good weight, now weighing in at 235 lbs. He looked elite going through drills and competing during the one-on-one competitions. He's a dangerous route runner with elite change-of-direction skills as a RB. Besides his lateral quickness, he also has straight-line speed and soft catching hands. I was impressed watching him run out-and-up routes, snagging the football with his hands. Henry has offers from UNLV, Toledo, Akron, Pitt, Miami (OH), Wisconsin, Syracuse, Ole Miss, UCF, Michigan State, West Virginia, UConn, and NC State.    Kershaw was another RB awarded MVP for his efforts. He has a stocky build typical of a standard RB prospect. His explosion was evident as he went through RB drills, showcasing his ability to change directions. He was a fierce competitor in one-on-one drills and during 7-on-7s. Kershaw has speed and consistently makes receptions when the ball comes his way. While he has a few programs interested, he has yet to receive any offers. There's no doubt in my mind that TyVaughn is a diamond in the rough.    Slaughter was also impressive throughout the whole day. I admired his agility and the deceptive strength he possesses using his hands. He executed college-level pass rush moves well during the one-on-one competitions. He's not just agile; he also won a couple of reps by simply bull-rushing the offensive lineman and driving them back. Darian has scholarships from D1 schools Saint Francis and VMI, as well as from D2 schools Central State, Wheeling, and Clarion.    Mason was another OL I came away impressed with. Standing at 6'4 and 270 lbs, he has the necessary foot speed and agility to be a D1 lineman. His kick slide and punch both looked above average during competition. He also appeared more defined physically than he did at this time last year. I'm excited to see Mason compete with South Fayette HS in the fall.    Moyer is a prospect who stands out in my memory from Sunday. He was a smooth route runner who consistently caught passes with his hands rather than his body. He competed well and showed explosiveness coming out of his breaks. I've seen him make defensive plays last season, but now I'm eager to see more of his highlights as a wide receiver. With a strong frame at 5'11 and 185 lbs, he looks capable of bulking up without losing any quickness.    Penn was one of the standout players of the day in my eyes. I was impressed by his skill and savvy in creating separation on routes. He excels at manipulating defensive backs with his route running, often leaving them guessing. His ball skills are elite, and he demonstrates a high level of competitiveness. I've never doubted Lloyd's speed, having seen him in person four times now. Currently, Penn holds an offer from FBS Miami, Ohio.    I was impressed watching Chris compete and work hard all day. Standing at about 6'2 and 180 lbs, he possesses a solid frame and consistently makes catches. He displayed good body control and route running skills throughout the competition. Chris shows good speed and quickness, and I expect him to continue progressing athletically. Currently, Portis holds one FBS offer from UNLV.    Andrew competed hard and won several reps on Sunday. He showcased a diverse toolbox of moves to pressure the QB effectively. Devola demonstrates strength by driving offensive linemen backwards when bull rushing. His quickness off the ball and adept use of violent hands in executing pass rush moves were notable. Physically, he appeared much improved, now standing at approximately 6'1 and 260 pounds. Andrew has attracted interest from several D1 programs but has not yet received an offer.    DiLucia looked sharp throughout the day on Sunday. He boasts a solid build and appears to be developing muscle steadily. His passes showed excellent timing and just the right amount of zip. DiLucia knows when to fire a pass with velocity and when to add touch. He consistently displays accuracy, completing passes effectively on all three levels of the field. His pocket footwork was precise, and he consistently makes sound decisions. Nolan currently holds an offer from FBS Miami, Ohio.    Porter exhibited a lot of talent and potential yesterday. He surprised me with his explosion, body control, and balance, which were more impressive than I had expected before Sunday. He runs crisp routes out of the backfield and competes at a high level in drills. His ability to change directions stood out during the session. Porter also possesses solid hands and is quick out of his breaks and jump cuts. Despite not having any offers at the moment, I believe he would be a valuable addition to any college program.    Correll has a solid build at 6'3, 180 lbs. He excelled on both sides of the ball, playing safety on defense and wide receiver on offense. His standout performance earned him one of the camp's Most Valuable Player awards. I was particularly impressed with his body control and leaping ability on deep routes as a wide receiver. On defense, he demonstrated quick reactions, intercepting a pass during the 7-on-7 period. Correll is clearly a player capable of securing a scholarship offer with his skill set.
