Seven-minute tape showcasing Davis rack up 1,600+ scrimmage yards, 1,000 of those yards coming on the ground for Lewisburg Area. Compact and forward running style. This young man has the balance and burst you look for among starting upperclassman backs. Can get skinny and run through narrow holes all while maintaining balance in his feet. Good arm churning, eye discipline and open-field vision allow for Davis to be a threat to cut in whichever way he desires. Has a second gear that can out-pace defensive back angles. Home-run hitting speed, gets a mix of outside zone runs, an area in which Davis shines. Speed and acceleration are his calling card, getting a few tosses/pitches to him out in space is a must because this kid can turn on a switch and attack defensive edges before they have a chance to be set. Fantastic return abilities both punt and kick. This is a premier District Four playmaker who can break a game open in a heartbeat. Will rival Sheptock as one of the higher-ranking prospects on this list.rnDavis ended up placing inside of the Top 300, a great debut considering many inside the top 250 have received a Division One grade from myself. Would be a top 15 RB if placed on RB instead of ATH. The ATH position floods the top 300, with nearly a third of the group landing on the “ATH” designation.

Yet another Malvern Prep prospect inside the Top 300. Hardy, like many Friars on our ranks, was on the shortlist of prospects that missed the cut due to a lack of tape. Hardy now joins Preston Holmes Preston Holmes 6’2″ | 180 lbs | WR Malvern Prep | 2025 State PA and Andrew Pellicciotta Andrew Pellicciotta 5’11” | 190 lbs | ATH Malvern Prep | 2025 State PA as offensive weapons represented on our lists. Posted a three-minute long junior tape on Hudl, you can find Hardy stationed as the outside-lane wideout in twin/ace sets when MP is looking to throw the football. QB1 often give Hardy a 50/50 ball downfield, with Hardy actually coming down with many of these vertical shots. Trustworthy hands, Hardy might not provide the flare Pellicciotta and Holmes provide, yet the kid is a threat to come down with balls all throughout the field. The vertical shots are great, but this kid could eat in the short/intermediate game. Hitches, LOS screens, Slants, all are viable options for Hardy. Good player.

It’s been a long time coming, we’ve finally been able to get William Penn York’s Wanieq Scott Wanieq Scott 6’1″ | 165 lbs | WR William Penn York | 2025 State PA off the Watchlist. I have been tracking this kid for some time, yet we didn’t have the substantial tape to justify him over other recruits. We now have real tape, good enough tape to have Scott debuting inside our Top 300. Scott’s entire skillset, his stride, build, speed, hands, they all equate to a prospect who is likely to range from 100-250 by the time his senior season ends. Hell, I could see Scott light up the recruiting trail this summer, he’s a legitimate candidate to skyrocket on our boards before training camp this coming Summer. Scott lands at 280 as a modest, wait-and-see ranking. 280 is certainly the young man’s floor, he boasts one of the higher ceilings of any WR ranked outside of the top ten. Landing inside the top 25 at his position is noteworthy.

What I wrote on the above-mentioned Wanieq Scott Wanieq Scott 6’1″ | 165 lbs | WR William Penn York | 2025 State PA , the same goes for Zamir Newsuan Zamir Newsuan 6’2″ | 175 lbs | WR Roman Catholic | 2025 State PA . With the elite 2024 Roman Catholic class departing, new names are bound to step up, especially on this Roman offense. Semaj Beals Semaj Beals 6’1″ | 155 lbs | QB Roman Catholic | 2026 State PA will have his flurry of weapons to throw the ball to, not sure if any are as big and long as Newsuan. Good tape has him debuting two spots away from the top 20, that’s with Newsaun battling for offensive reps against special teammates/seniors. I expect Newsuan to break out as a potential goal-line, vertical threat weapon for Beals and the offense. So long as Newsuan stays in the books, works hard all offseason to earn Coach Prete’s trust, I could see local schools clamoring to bring this kid in this time next year.

A bit proud to see Adorno cash in on an offseason filled with hard work. This ranking should be low on the list of accomplishments if I’m being honest. Souderton’s Adorno led the undefeated defense in tackles with 85 total, while also bringing home 1st-Team All-League honors. There are some stud backers in his conference, this accolade is celebration-worthy. As far as the tape goes, it checks out. Adorno is usually deployed as the MIKE backer stationed behind a four-man front. Souderton likes to align their OLB/SCB outside of the tackles from what I can tell on tape, so Adorno is left on a bit of an island between the tackles. Can’t have a hesitant or thinking backer in this situation. You need a mut that’s going to read and react and fly to the football on the back of his instincts, that’s what you get with Adorno. He isn’t 6’3, 220, yet he sifts through traffic and meets ball carriers as if he were. I like his discipline when running and tracking outside the hash marks. If he’s chasing down QBs, he isn’t doing so with his head on fire, he’s controlled, good angle-taker when plays bounce outside. Good motor and effort, unafraid to take on blocks, not a kid who’s going to attempt to run around second-level blockers. Happy to see him put forth this level of tape. 16 LBs received FBS level grades this update, 33 might seem like a low number, yet Adorno is inside one of the best LBer classes I’ve covered since working at PRZ. Excited to see what he has planned next.

Very excited to have PCC’s Ryan Jameson Ryan Jameson 6’3″ | 220 lbs | DL Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2025 State PA on board after being on the Watchlist for over a year now. PCC is loaded, so having substantial tape at this program is a feat in itself. Size and position versatility are a plus, with many great seniors headed to the next level, I imagine Jameson should get an extended look on both sides of the ball moving forward. Loved his DL reps on tape, yet the young man has history playing on the other side of the ball. Can shade outside of tackles in a four-man front, can align head-up on tackles or even in the B-gap if PCC deploys a three-man front. Raw in terms of pass-rush moves, I think the young man could make headway in terms of hand-fighting. All that being said, the size is there, the motor is there, Jameson shows off raw power that reveals itself late in reps. The ranking inside of 220 is a projection for things to come. I’ll keep my eye on him moving forward.

Northeast’s Naseem Wertz Naseem Wertz 6’3″ | 215 lbs | DL Northeast | 2025 State PA goes from WL unranked to debuting just outside the Top 200. Hell of a debut for the 6A All-Pub TE/DE. Like many on this list, I have a feeling this will likely be Wertz’s floor on our ranks, as the young two-way prospect has a ton of room to grow in terms of build. Standing at 215 and working offensive linemen the way he has on tape, I can only imagine how much of a force Wertz would be if he added 15 pounds of muscle. This is if he intends to play on the defensive front at the next level. TE is a different story but the young man has options. Staying at this weight would likely leave him on OLB/TE boards. His first rep on tape shows he can provide some pass-catching ability as a leaker TE. NE deploys a ton of speed on offense, not a ton of height/physicality, that is until you account for Wertz. Raw in terms of technique as an edge rusher. I’m excited to see how he hones his skills moving forward, as well as which side of the ball he intends to play for the Vikings as a senior.

A new name, William Tigue places on our ranks after coming off the Watchlist. One of the highest debuts for any WL kid, debuting at 157 out of 800. Tigue also places as the third-best TE on our ranks, high praise coming from myself. I love the 2025 TE group, so you’re going to need to impress me to leapfrog some of the names Tigue placed over. He did exactly that. Uploaded a four-minute highlight tape on Hudl, you can often find Tigue aligned in-line as part of the two extra linemen Rustin likes to bring in beside each tackle. Rustin likes to pack things in tight, so having a potential blocker/pass catcher in Billy Tigue Billy Tigue 6’5″ | 175 lbs | TE West Chester Rustin | 2025 State PA is pivotal so that the offense doesn’t get predictable. A phenomenal leaker, one who expresses subtleties at the LOS to continue disguising himself as a blocker. Tigue is often found running free downfield because of this. Impressive stride, just takes a bit to open up. Good crack blocker when split-out wide. Wouldn’t call him an impact blocker from his TE spot, but would call him a capable one. Good locater of his assignment post-snap, good down blocker. Love this kid’s game, excited to share his name a bit.

Pine Richland’s Jackson Bojanic-Hubbell Jackson Bojanic-Hubbell 6’3″ | 265 lbs | OL Pine-Richland | 2025 State PA is this year’s highest-ranking prospect who was previously placed on our Watchlist. Huge honors, Bojanic-Hubbell impressed me enough to nearly crack the top 100, which is tough to do of course. Exemplary guard play, yet a capable IOL who can play either guard spot or center as well. His six-minute tape filled with impact blocks starts off with JBH at the right guard alignment. The first rep is a testament to the young man’s motor and drive. JBH nearly displaces his defender three separate times in one rep, awesome finisher I might add. Next rep has JBH at left guard, this time in a pass-protection set that has him showing off a balanced base, as well as his ability to chip/help adjacent teammates. Great lower body strength, can counter great get-offs with great feet and hip power. Powerful back, quads, and hamstrings, this kid can absorb and steer like some of the best in his class. Believe it or not, I could see JBH continue to rise on our ranks. Only 15 other linemen place ahead of him, huge compliment coming from myself. Worth noting he could likely play emergency tackle if need be.
