Smith looks to be back to his dominant self at right tackle from the very beginning of the tape. I love the tenacity and aggression he is playing with. There is a ton of lower body strength on display, which he combines with great hand placement and the ability to torque defenders out of position. His core strength also looks better than I thought it was this time last year.

Smith is a fringe Division I level prospect who is playing through the whistle and consistently making his presence felt along the offensive line. I have gone on record in the past stating that he could also be a viable three technique or defensive line prospect at the collegiate level. Smith is back to showing legitimate potential on both sides of the line, and I think I'm seeing more confidence and dominance out of him than I have in years past. I would love to get an update on his official measurables.

Central Bucks East (PA) 2027 RB/LB/DE with a powerful 6'1, 210-pound build. Adds a 4.48 40 to an impressive strength profile that includes a 265-pound bench, 515-pound squat and 535-pound deadlift.

Has a deep, nearly six minute long tape from his first three games readily available on Hudl. I applaud his eagerness to get his production in front of college coaches. Price carries a Division I grade and has already accumulated more than 460 rushing yards and eight touchdowns through three games. So far, he looks like the best version of himself that I have seen.

Price's build has always been an enticing part of his overall skill set, and that frame looks even more chiseled and powerful than it has in years past. He is a downhill runner with a nose for the end zone who actively seeks out contact and already carries a collegiate ready build. I'm surprised FCS programs are not hounding him at this point, and I would love to know if his grades are still great.

He looks comfortable running out of I formation sets and displays legitimate contact balance. Arm tackles, pushes and shoves are not going to get Price to the ground. A real tackle is needed to bring this kid down the vast majority of the time. I would not be surprised to see him finish the season with 15 to 20 touchdowns. He is comfortable operating with his quarterback under center or out of the gun, pistol sets, tight sets, you name it.

Price also has the body to hold up in pass protection. I would love to see even more evidence of what he can provide as a receiver, but we have seen him catch the football in previous years, and at around the one minute mark of this tape he catches a wheel route for a wide open touchdown. He is also active in the punt return game for Central Bucks East, another wrinkle that should help alleviate any questions coaches might have about his overall skill set. Price is a Division I player.

William Penn (PA) 2028 ATH with speed and academics standing out early, posting a 4.5 40 while carrying a 4.0 GPA. Checks in at 5'8, 160 pounds.

He tagged me on Twitter after his Week 3 performance against Exeter, where he accounted for 110 yards of offense and two touchdowns. The week prior, he posted almost the exact same production. He has now scored at least once in every game this season and is a player we need to get ranked as soon as possible. He already holds an offer from West Liberty University dating back to June 8. His sophomore season tape was posted a little late and slipped past me, but he posted a complete two minute tape on the same day I was writing this.

I love the first rep on tape. He has a smaller stature, but immediately proves he can run between the tackles, break tackles at the second level and hit home run plays from 50 yards away from the end zone. The acceleration is there. This is a serious offensive weapon who can line up in the slot, operate out of the gun, hit home runs as a running back and score from distance.

Bubble screens, seam balls, swing routes, you name it. He is a threat to score on all of them. More production like this is going to force my hand and could eventually push him inside the Division I threshold on our Pennsylvania 2028 board.

Wissahickon (PA) 2027 LB/TE/LS with a 5'11, 205-pound frame and 4.78 40. He is currently unranked, something I'm hoping to change sooner rather than later.

His Hudl account is currently bugged, so all I have to work with right now is the 20 second clip he posted on X. That clip has him aligned at outside linebacker in what looks like a 2 4 5 base defense, although I could be wrong on that. His offensive reps have him working as a sniffer type tight end, giving Wissahickon another area where it can explore and experiment with his usage.

Not all of his production was shown in the 20 second clip, so I still have plenty of questions that need to be answered before giving a complete evaluation. Still, I'm excited to see more. I'm hoping to get out and see Wissahickon High School in person at some point this season.

At 6'3, 200 pounds, this 2029 ATH out of Archbishop Carroll (PA) already brings an impressive physical profile for his age. Carries a strong 3.7 GPA with plenty of developmental runway remaining.

Epps is in line for a huge ranking boost. He already holds offers from Penn State, NC State, Syracuse and Liberty, and I plan on traveling to see him at some point for a live evaluation that I can share with the many coaches asking about him at the Power Four level. He is already squatting nearly 500 pounds as a sophomore. Epps has two single game cutups available on Hudl, totaling nearly three minutes of film, with reps against Marple Newtown and Bristol High School. I'm excited to see his first three game tape eventually come out on Twitter or Hudl.

I took the time to evaluate his first tape, which has Epps aligned at outside linebacker with his hand off the dirt alongside a three down lineman front. One rep really stands out, as he manages to cover both the swing and out route in the flat before coming away with an interception. His height and ability to catch the football away from his body show up there. Physically, he fits the prototypical mold of a 3 4 outside linebacker or edge prospect. He is a cerebral player who does surprisingly well in coverage when asked to navigate outside of his presnap zone.

There are offensive reps to evaluate as well, where Epps looks to be playing tight end for Archbishop Carroll. He is a natural athlete with an impressive stride once he gets opened up. I currently think he has a future at outside linebacker, but his eventual collegiate position remains up in the air, and I mean that as a positive. Tight end, wide receiver, safety, outside linebacker and edge are all positions I could see Epps manning in the near future. A lot will depend on how his body and overall game continue to develop. I view him as a Power Four prospect as long as he continues developing in the weight room, and I'm excited to see him in person in the coming weeks or later this season.

https://twitter.com/Tysheen_epps/status/2096350611935527417?s=20

A two sport 2028 athlete out of Manheim Township (PA), playing quarterback in football and both guard spots on the basketball court. Stands 6'2, 185 pounds with a strong multi sport profile.

This player is currently ranked just outside the Division I threshold. The talent has been there, and now I'm starting to see more production to go along with it. His September 7 post on X is what caught my attention, featuring about two minutes of tape against Neshaminy. Unfortunately, the Hudl link in his profile bio is bugged and leads nowhere, so this two minute clip on X is the sole basis for this evaluation.

He looks to operate primarily out of the gun with his offensive linemen utilizing extremely wide splits. This is about as spread out as an offense can get. He is very comfortable in impromptu situations outside of the pocket, whether he is forced out or willingly decides to leave it. He has a good feel for defensive positioning once he escapes and rarely looks flustered. There is good poise to his game, and he does not always hunt for the home run play. Even while sprinting out and improvising, he is willing to dump the football underneath to an open target within 10 yards and take what the defense gives him.

That comfort makes sense considering mobility is such a significant part of his game. I would argue that his mobility is his calling card right now. His rep around the 50 second mark of the posted clip is one I would show college coaches recruiting 2028 quarterbacks. He steps up into the pocket with his eyes still downfield, works to his right and connects with a deep crosser on the move through a tight window. That is a Division I caliber rep. He also used his legs to score from 10 yards out in the red zone. The production is starting to match the talent, and he is on his way to proving our preseason ranking right.

https://twitter.com/DayneByler02/status/2097066482173870138?s=20

Academics jump off the page for this Wissahickon (PA) 2027 MLB, carrying a 4.01 GPA, 1330 SAT and National Honor Society membership. Checks in at 6'0, 205 pounds.

His September 7 tape is what initially got me interested in his game. He recorded three tackles for loss in a 20 second clip and finished with six total tackles in a dominant win where he only played two quarters. Checking back in, I now see a minute long first three game tape posted on X. He has just under two sacks through three games from his linebacker position, along with a forced fumble and more than 20 tackles. That is impressive production for a senior linebacker who is currently on our watch list.

Taking a look at his first three games, what stands out most is the consistency of his tackling technique. Wissahickon High School can count on him to shoot gaps with discipline, tackle with discipline and clean up plays behind teammates who might not be as technically sound. He patiently sniffs out running lanes like the seasoned senior he is. His nose is constantly in the traffic, his facemask is always in the clutter and he is consistently seeking out backs and ball carriers. He is in line for postseason accolades if he continues producing this way, as well as a future ranking on our site.

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (PA) 2028 DB/WR who also plays combo guard on the basketball court. His most recent tag showcasing his performance against Bonner also leads nowhere, which is unfortunate. He apparently allowed zero catches from his defensive back position in that matchup.

We'll be seeing him live this week against Roman Catholic, although he left his last game due to injury, so I'm hoping to see him recover over the next week or so. I was able to watch his minute and a half tape against Salesianum, where he played corner and again allowed zero catches. It was his first game, which helps explain why he is currently unranked and did not have a profile created prior to tagging me on X.

He plays with his backside to the sideline, keeps his eyes in the backfield often and spends plenty of time in off coverage. I'm interested in learning more about his size and overall athletic profile. He was matched up with a Rutgers commit for several reps on tape, and it says a lot to me that he was able to hold his own relatively well in those situations. He also contributed on special teams. Excited to see more.

A three sport athlete out of Bayard Rustin (PA), this 2029 ATH stands 5'10, 170 pounds and also competes in lacrosse with PA Dawgs.

Previously unranked with no profile created prior to tagging me on Twitter. Checks in at 5'10, 175 pounds with an impressive athletic background for his age.

Has tagged me in every Twitter post showcasing his weekly highlights. A 2030 linebacker who is already producing on a defense with serious talent, he has registered 30 tackles through three weeks with a few tackles for loss mixed in. He might also have a future role at running back for his program so long as he stays in the weight room. I could see that. He has done a great job showcasing his best plays each week on Hudl, so I decided to take a deeper look into his Downingtown highlight tape.

He looks comfortable as the Mike linebacker in a 4 3 base set. It is rare to see a freshman manning that position, and that alone says a lot to me. The first thing I look for with underclassmen linebackers is hesitation. I did not see much of that on his highlight tape, although I want to see him in person to verify it. He trusts his initial instincts and his read and react skills without taking too many false steps. Most of all, I can feel his toughness and lack of fear between the tackles as a run defender. He is scrappy, hard nosed and willing to plug running lanes.

There is also a great motor there, both through the whistle and on special teams. He is likely in line for a future ranking, and I'm glad he has continued tagging me so I can spread his name and elevate him on our site in due time. I'm hoping to see Owen J. Roberts High School at some point this season.

https://twitter.com/ColtonSchwoyer/status/2098495702821138917?s=20
