Garcia is taking the reigns over at the QB position for Fort Collins. I'm very excited to see how he attacks this first game. Measures in at 6'2 188-pounds. Garcia is a dual threat QB with a great arm. Good athletic ability due to very good balance, change of direction, good acceleration, and speed. Garcia has very good throw power and a quick fluid release. Very good ball placement skills. He throws it right on the money in stride with his receiver. Garcia does a great throwing on the run and maintaining accuracy on off-platform throws. In the pocket, he displays very good pocket presence. He'll stay in a little bit longer if needed, risking taking a hit to make the completion. Good pocket mobility and uses his feet to evade pressure. If no one is open, Garcia will use his very good scramble ability to rush for the first down. Must watch player in Fort Collins.
