Stat Monsters: Top Returning Ohio INT Leaders Heading Into 2026

A dynamic two-way prospect, he is a very good off-tackle runner who the team likes to utilize in space. Council has solid change-of-direction and can make defenders miss. Council topped off last season with 951 yards of total offense. His real impact, also, comes on defense, where he registered six interceptions last season bolstered by 36 total tackles. As a receiver, he does a great job of catching with his hands, finding creative ways to get open, and be a legitimate vertical threat. He makes a very high impact on his high school team, reocrding 551 yards and 10 touchdowns on offense. What's relaly impressive is his impact on defense, where he recorded seven interceptions last year, breaking a school reocrd. He caught 50 passes for 878 yards and four touchdowns last season, but on defense he made a much higher impact with nine interceptions, ranked No. 2 in the state of Ohio in picks. Also takes good angles to the ball on special teams as a coverage man. Dover is a 6-foot-1, 155-pound Class of 2029 player for Grandview Heights who will likely shoot up our rankings with a strong sophomore year. Very high academic prospect which translates to the field.
