2027 Offensive Weapon Home Run Hitters:

There are a select group of offensive athletes that can make a simple play turn into 6 points in the blink of an eye. Lets take a look at 5 players who fit this mold and what makes them so dangerous with the ball in there hands.    The second Dakota hits the field he is going to be the fastest player out there. Dakota committed to Oregon this summer and will fit what the Ducks do perfectly when he steps on campus. Dakota has excellent hands and a great catch radius for a 6'1" wideout. Another aspect of Dakota's game that wows people is his make em miss style of run after the catch. Dakota can take a slip screen, make multiple players miss and then just run away from defenders. There is not a more dynamic player in the state of Michigan and I suspect he lives up to his overall #1 ranking this season with highlight reel clips week in and week out.     Gideon is another player that just screams dangerous. Detroit Catholic Central has gifted players every where and Gideon leads the charge. At 6'4" and blazing speed Gideon can burn a defense from any spot on the field. Gideon runs very Sharp routes and gets excellent separation at the top of his route. Another part of Gideons game that is scary is his big body in the redone. DCC QB [player_tooltip player_id='1157439' first='Duke' last='Banta'] throws a beautiful football and that combo in the RedZone could prove to be to much even if you know its coming.     Anthony is another player that is going to be a very dangerous matchup for defensive units this fall. At 6"5" this Oregon Duck commit will be a tough cover as he can line up at tightened and get matchups on linebackers or split out wide and have a size advantage over defensive backs, he's going to be a handful on Friday nights. I am impressed with Anthony's attention to detail as he has honed his craft this summer. Anthony runs excellent routes and does a very nice job using his big body and high pointing the football while shielding off defenders. Anthony is going to a tough matchup and he will expose defenses that don't make him a focal point.     Im not sure many players have raised their stock much more than chad has this summer. They said get faster he got faster. They said get stronger and he got stronger. Make no mistake chad possess excellent skill and is now a North Carolina Tar Heel commitment. Chad is by no means an underdog story but he has answered the bell and raised his stock to the overall #4 player in Michigan. I am impressed with chad's ability to run crisp routes and showing excellent hands catching anything in his catch radius. Watch out for this fast rising senior wideout and don't be surprised if he puts up monster numbers this fall.     One glimpse of Charles film and this pick is no surprise. This Missouri Tigers commit is an absolute threat to score from anywhere on the field. Charles is a focal point of the Belleville offense and they are wanting the ball in his hands as much as possible. The most dangerous part of Tre's game is run after the catch. Charles possesses excellent top end speed and has some serious wiggle that makes it hard to even get a hand on him. I am a big fan of this Belleville wideout and see him topping his massive numbers he put up last year.
