2026 Indiana Preview: Breaking Down Returning Receiving Leaders

Hullinger contributes in all three phases of the game: a receiver on offense, a cornerback on defense and a good edge rusher on PATs/Field Goals, the latter of which he flashes good burst and a quick first step off the LOS. That said, Hullinger is most comfortable as a receiver, where can make acrobatic catches, leap over defenders and come down with the ball in his hands. His multi-sport athleticism – he is a wrestler as well as a baseball player – really shines on film. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound receiver lived up to the hype, leading the state in receiving yardage last fall. It would not shock us if Vanostran did so again. The top wideout for Lafayette Jefferson has good downfield speed, burst, and acceleration. He can long-arm defenders to create separation, has legit speed after the catch, and is a very dynamic kick returner in space. Good top-end juice.  Vanostran has recorded the fastest 40 time in school history. He is a very good leaper who can high-point, win contested catches and be a big target for [player_tooltip player_id='1584467' first='Chase' last='Davis'] to throw the rock to. He finished last season with 1,280 yards receiving and 13 touchdowns. Cummings displays good speed and burst downfield with ability to win one-on-one battles. Effectively high-points the ball, really goes up for it, and wins contested catches. Cummings finished last year with 1,044 receiving yards with nine total touchdowns.
