Both teams were not short on talent, which was clear as they battled against each other. Key will be how much he grows over the next couple of years. Very twitchy first step, can dip his shoulder, run the hoop and takes good angles to the QB. Good long-arm technique and has good use-of-hands. Flows to ball nicely v. the run and flashes good pursuit. Good hands with ability to catch, tuck, and press vertically. Can be a crafty route runner and quick in/out of his breaks, creates separation, good burst and first-step quickness off the LOS. Can be a playmaker if he finds green grass and very shifty in space. Flashes being a ballhawk who can high-point, win one-on-one battles and has great leaping ability. Good out of a backpedal, can break on the ball and close. Stays in phase, maintains leverage and has great use-of-hands to be physical with receivers without getting flagged. Instinctive, explosive and rangy. Good pursuit and chase, shoots through gaps as a rusher and is stout v. the run. Good block shedder, plays with good knee bend and leverage. Also aligned at running back which is not his college fit, but displays good patience to follow blocks and adequate vision. Very muscular frame. Tallied 110 total tackles last season. Very much comparable to Jackson earlier on this list: an undersized DT who is very disruptive. Is a better block shedder, flashes better use-of-hands and better bend. Attacks inside shoulder, takes good pursuit angles and wraps up on contact. Can occupy double teams without getting moved from his spot.
