Cummings is a clean route runner whose confidence clearly grew as the season went on. He’s sharp getting in and out of breaks, doesn’t chop his feet, and doesn’t waste steps. He’s reliable and won’t make many mistakes, which makes him easy to trust on key downs. In year two, he pulled in 26 catches for 351 yards and 4 touchdowns. There’s a smoothness to his game that makes everything look under control, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he takes another step forward this fall.
