McNeil flies off the snap, has violent hands, and has the power and speed to work around OTs and get to the quarterback, constantly making an impact in the backfield.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>McNeil is just as good at defending the run. As a WR/RB, he consistently outmatches opposing DBs in the secondary, easily gets open, and can create a ton after the catch and out of the backfield with how fast he is in the open field.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Defensively, Gordon completely overwhelms OL off the edge to create huge stops in the backfield. He has excellent pursuit skills and quickness he uses to cover ground and wrap up the ball carrier for little to no gain, no matter where he initially lines up. It's really impressive watching him fly around the field to break up passes. With his size, he presents a multitude of matchup issues against TEs/RBs.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Faulkner is also great at defending the run.
