Current Ranking and Potential Bump: A 2029 out of Iona Prep who is currently unranked on our PRZ New York site. That will change in time. Intriguing based on his size and class. Has freshman tape readily available, so a ranking can be justified without notes from the Boston College Mega Camp. The performance is icing on the cake. Obvious a ton of kids, yet this was a name I circled to make sure our NY scouts got a hold of more than anything. Saw his Iona Prep Helmet, saw him take on power from an interior alignment with equal power and balance. There's a ton to work on, pad level, feet, upper body usage, yet for a 2029, one who is going to develop at IP, there's a lot to be excited about, will be ranked next 2029 NY update. Stock riser.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: Already ranked relatively well, a spot I like for Chatham. The senior out of PEA could have earned a boost nonetheless, this based on his performance I was able to catch for a brief time last week. Love the attention to detail Chatham paid to both coaches around him providing feedback, as well as toward his technique with each rep. Chatham looked like a seasoned senior, that he is. Nothing looked like a surprise to him, wasn't caught off guard from coaching or new drills, I hope coaches caught on to his maturity, let alone his skill set beside other OL present. We'll see what offers Chatham picks up post POST GRAD year announcement.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: Currently an unranked 2029 in New England. I will gauge his entire resume to see if he's fit to earn a spot on our upcoming 2029 ranking update. Didn't get the chance to see Randolph work for too long at this event, but wanted to check in on several 2029s to see which ones passed the eye test. Randolph was included in that select group of 2029s who excited me. Randolph's performance wasn't enough to earn a ranking, but he's squarely on my radar moving forward, his work during individuals and ROA earned that at the very least. Hope to see him add some weight underneath his pads before this fall season begins.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: An unranked 2028 out of Maine, one who I want to get better repped on the Prep Redzone New England site. His showing made it a no brainer to get his profile created, unsure about his ranking status quite yet. But thanks to his participation and effort, he's been noticed by PRZ brass. Can long snap, can play IDL on top of IOL. Two things stood out watching him work through drills, his size in comparison to others at the OL/DL position, as well as his effort in relation to his size deficiency. Yes, Dudley is an IOL/IDL up in Maine, yet he didn't let kids bully him around. That meant a lot to me as an evaluator. Can't expect him to toss around prospects who outweigh him by 40-50+ pounds, yet Dudley still gave maximum effort. 2028 ranking debut incoming for him in months' time.

Currently a kid on our watch list, yet Friedlaender has a two-minute tape pinned to the top of his feed, quantity enough to get him evaluated for a possible ranking. Watching the big underclassman punch and reset, move his feet, and get coached up during individuals at the BC camp last week will only help his cause. A future PRZ New England rankee. All that changed after seeing his massive 6'3, 290+ pound frame up close. Wiederkehr's sophomore tape did come out a bit later than desired, this likely the culprit for a slow build up on our site. That being said, Wiederkehr now has tape, and his Boston College camp performance to stand on to justify placing beside other potential elite 2028 OL in New England. His SPS helmet and shirt caught my eye, as did his overall effort during individual drills. There were a ton of OL/DL present, yet due to his H/W combination for his age/class, he excited me the most. Incoming ranking debut for Hans in the future on Prep Redzone New England.

What's great is, Wattles is already a step ahead in the evaluation/exposure department. The fact that I already know of his name and skill set is a plus. Still more to uncover, Wattles has ample room to grow in pretty much every area, but it was great seeing Wattles work beside talent and experience, it should be a good gauge for him in what is a cutthroat recruiting world. I'd bet he left the venue a better athlete/recruit.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: Unranked on Prep Redzone New England, makes sense since Avyel Velez seemingly posted his junior highlights late, in Mid-March, past the due date for 2027 Rankings at the time. I think his full resume warrants a spot, love some of his testing numbers, love what I saw out of his burst and overall athletic profile last weekend. I was able to watch Velez work with the skill guys outside the building for a brief time, as I spent the majority of the time inside. I gained a ton of knowledge on big men, so skill guys got a bit of the short end of the stick in terms of in-depth evaluations, yet I was a bit surprised to see Velez without much of a presence on our site. Based on his performance and previous tape outputs, high chance Velez ends up earning a ranking debut in the near future. 2027 PRZ New England ranking update will come before the 2026 Fall season begins.

Likely due to a late tape output, Turner was skipped over, as I see his updated junior tape releasing as late as this past April. Nonetheless, Turner has earned himself a placement beside other 2027 New England EDGE rushers of similar stature/talent. Easily one of the best motors on display. I took a peek into the DL/EDGE/IDL group, where Turner's effort and motor alone caught my attention. Yes, this kid can use his hands and work with speed, it's tough to evaluate properly with so many kids in the area, yet I still managed to be impressed by the 8-10 minutes I saw of Turner this past weekend. Posted a sophomore tape back in January. Has a chiseled out frame, only saw QBs warming up and going through a few individual drills with other QBs, so I can't provide a full evaluation. I still managed to learn his name and create his profile on PRZ New York, in hopes to help boost his stock among college coaches in the future via exposure. I don't rank in New York, neither did I see enough out of Toto to warrant a recommendation, finding him was a step in the right direction, however.

I'd go as far as to say, despite Ballesteros' great ranking, I could justify another bump toward inside the class's Top 50 recruits. What stood out the most was Ballesteros' athleticism, easily looking like one of the leaner prospects present, all while maintaining power and technique from those across him. This is a premier athlete who still has potential to unlock. Ballesteros might be one of the few high-ranking prospects on this list to actually still see a bump in the near future. I've been out of the New England recruiting world for some time, watching him in person and matching him up to his ranking on our site startled me at first. Once 1v1s began, I was quickly brought up to speed as to why Biggins is currently labeled a Top 100 2028 in the Northeast. Labeled an "ATH" which makes sense, partook in LB drills primarily from what I could draw. Created quite the buzz with seemingly each passing 1v1 rep, at least among those I was surrounded by. Based on what I was able to gather, Biggins will likely maintain his Top 100 ranking come time to update the 2028 class in New England. No brainer, this without watching his sophomore tape. Great player here.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: This note on Callo is an easy one. A 2028 who is currently on the PRZ New England watch list, earned a ranking spot after watching him work through drills and 1v1s last week at Boston College. I haven't watched his tape, I'm still unfamiliar with Callo the overall OL/DL prospect that he is. That being said, strictly based on what I saw live, this is a player that will likely see a Top 200 ranking within the PRZ New England updated 2028 rankings, he can hold me to that. Love the footwork and hand shooting from this kid. Hand placement was matched with great lower-body balance and upper-body strength, Callo is likely one of the biggest risers post-camp in this entire article, one consisting of 30+ players. Kudos to him.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: I watched Hauppauge's Xavier Chavez in the dome last week and was eager to get back home and include him in write-ups, hoping he'd be a name to elevate. Our PRZ New York team has done a great job representing him, as I eventually came to learn of Chavez's high ranking on our site. Currently ranked as a top five RB prospect, Chavez performed at backer, his RB/DB designation surprised me, although I am completely unfamiliar with his tape/game. To see him labeled a fantastic RB/DB through serious evaluations done by Cory Lemer, to me seeing him work at LB so well against fantastic TEs and RBs, I'd say his Top 40 2028 ranking is justified. I do not handle PRZ New York rankings, I will make sure my input of the young man's elite performance is heard by those who make decisions on the NY site. Excellent showing, I can see the running back in him.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: It's tough to already be ranked high in your class and see a jump in ranking based on a camp performance. Yet when you're under-ranked a bit, in [player_tooltip player_id='1361168' first='MoRodney' last='Daigle']'s case, I'd argue a 50+ ranking boost could be in order. Ranking a back his stature is always tough, no denying his tape and camp performance, I can understand why he's ranked relatively low among his RB peers. Yes Daigle will have to hurdle H/W questions, yet I saw his build and didn't find it a detriment to his game, at least in a camp setting. I have to take that for what it's worth, however. I'm excited to dive into 2027 in New England and see if Daigle can move up into the Top 450, I'd say his RB performance at BC's Mega Camp likely earned him that much. We'll see in time.

That is going to change moving forward. It's exactly why I like to get out of the house and search for new names on the road. Doing so from behind a desk has its perks, but nothing like getting out and finding a junior who deserves a ranking debut in person. I'd like to go deeper into George's complete skill set at a later date. I will say, this looked like an offer-now type of backer based on how he worked through drills, how he looked in comparison to other backers, this both in stature and technique. I'll always vouch for prospects in my area, yet it was hard to ignore the Southern talent [player_tooltip player_id='1720849' first='Noah' last='Green'] brought to the RB group. I of course have no say when it comes to PRZ Florida rankings, I do understand how deep the talent pool is in the state, so I can't say as to whether or not Green is worthy of a placement beside 2027 RB peers in his state. I will say, Green stood out among a crop of RBs that were highly ranked in New York, New Jersey, and New England alike. I made sure to create a profile for the back out of Orlando. I will try to send word to those in control of rankings that he might be worthy of a second/third look. Competition down South is fierce. Unsure of his Northeast connection.

I'd say his Boston College Mega Camp performance put him in the running to debut on our 2029 board at the very least. One of the best things about seeing him work at the event, I can almost certainly verify his measurables, this holds weight for a prospect his age, no pun intended. Currently labeled an "EDGE/ATH", yet high chance he debuts on our ranks as an OL, based on watching him work against much leaner/lighter DEs during 1v1s and managing them well. Surprised by his punch and upper-body strength. I did a bit of digging into Grushey before traveling, just to get a sense for 2029s that demanded my attention. I was able to match a face to a face and come away pleased with his overall physique and performance. He will be ranked next 2029 update.

Johnson's attendance and performance earned him that much in the very least. Site rankers usually give underclassmen time to flesh out before ranking them on an underclassmen board. Despite this, I think Johnson likely earned a spot on the Michigan 2029 board once they update, likely before the season ends. PRZ Michigan currently has four 2029 QBs ranked, will be interesting to learn if Johnson makes the cut after I send over a few notes on him to the PRZ Michigan brass. A Walpole, Massachusetts native, one with tape to his name, Zach Lamoureux likely earned a ranking spot thanks to his performance and size. A ton of power and mass, I think Lamoureux has a ways to go to actually harness all of his talent and morph himself into becoming one of New England's more impressive IDL prospects among 2028s. That being said, it looks like he's far ahead on the path of doing so. Love how he was able to push around prospects with pure power and balance during 1v1s, love the attention to detail he paid during individual drills. I'll take a peek into his tape once I lock into New England 2028s, yet I have a feeling he's earned himself a spot beside his 2028 peers. I paid a bit more attention to OL/DL during 1v1s, yet I was able to catch the tail end of St. Peter, who won three straight reps against elite DB talent present. He's a bit unassuming, leaves a little left to be desired from a physique perspective, yet credit to him for still being one of the tougher 1v1 guards at the event IMO. I have no say in PRZ Texas rankings, we know how ridiculous the talent pool is in Fort Worth alone, yet I made sure to create him a profile, while also sharing input to our PRZ Texas ranker Alin Edouard.
6'4, 230-pound DE prospect out of College Montmorency. Member of the 2027 class. International prospect.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: Pleased to learn that this International prospect out of College Montmorency in Montreal, Quebec is picking up steam in the recruiting world. Is a US 2027, stood out as a 6'4, 230 pound EDGE rusher. Has a Maine offer under his belt, congrats to him on seeing his efforts pay off. I'll do what I can to spread his name a bit to FCS schools in the Northeast who might not be in the know. Stood out like a sore thumb, chiseled build with a serious get off. A bit of an intensity to him, looked like he had a chip on his shoulder. Too much speed for several underclassmen and/or heavy OL to handle in space. We do not rank International prospects, yet I'd argue Peters would land as a Top 100 PRZ New England 2027 based on the brief live evaluation, as well as learning about his development in the recruiting world.

6'6, 235-pound 2028 TE/DE prospect out of Bergen Catholic. Carries a 3.8 GPA, is a two-sport athlete competing in football and basketball, and owns a 31-inch vertical jump.

Current Ranking and Potential Bump: A 2029 out of Bergen Catholic who is going to blow up. Picked up a UConn offer at the time of writing. Was a bit surprised to learn of Rosenberg's absence on our PRZ New Jersey rankings, I have a feeling he'll earn a spot in due time. I will make sure to relay all notes on the kid moving forward. One of the few TEs present that I believed put on a good enough performance to warrant an offer from Boston College, high praise coming from me, I don't say that kind of thing too often. 6'6, 235 pounds, moved similar to Gregory Kirwan, which was impressive. This is likely a 2028 out of New Jersey who could crack into the Top 50 following a 2028 ranking update coming before the Fall season begins. A future star in the making, IMO.
