Class of 2027 Defensive Prospects With Something to Prove

The 6-foot-4, 190-pound safety has the size and height desired at the position. What stands out about Beam is his ball skills in addition to having a great frame; very muscular 190 pounds. He can undercut routes well, time the ball for interceptions and pass breakups, and is a threat to flip the field after interceptions. He doesn't possess ideal size, height or length for the position, but what the 5-foot-10, 185-pound corner has is fantastic ball skills. He is very good at covering and carrying receivers deep downfield. He has very good hand-eye coordination to break up passes, snatch the ball out of the air, undercut routes and make plays.
