Enjoy!

We recently updated our 2029 prospect rankings and it now features the Top 50 players in the state's 2029 class. Plenty of players were added and there were quite a few players that moved up throughout the ranks. We have several breakdowns on individual prospects right now on Prep Redzone Oklahoma.

In this breakdown, we're putting the spotlight on the line of scrimmage with nine prospects that have already stood out on the offensive and defensive line. Keep it locked in to Prep Redzone Oklahoma throughout the rest of the week for more individual breakdowns on the 2029 class as well as the 2028 ranking update next week!

Don't be surprised if Carl Albert offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1701291' first='Jax' last='Wilkerson'] ends up being the top guy in the state's 2029 class when it's all said and done. We were told to look out for Wilkerson around this time last year. He didn't play much on the varsity level because the Titans had a ton of experience returning on the offensive line. Now, he's the projected starter at left tackle and should be the foundational piece of this Carl Albert offensive line moving forward. Wilkerson's recruitment has exploded as top programs across the country see the potential in the Carl Albert big man. And what's scary is Wilkerson doesn't have that much varsity experience but the rest of Class 5A is about to find out about Wilkerson.

Jenks offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1607998' first='Jamison' last='Mobley'] was a 2029 prospect that we first learned about around this time last year and everything pointed to him being a name to know in this class. And after his freshman season, that was 100 percent accurate. He started from day one for the Trojans and has the ability to be one of their more versatile linemen this season. Mobley has the athleticism and size that makes him unique at this position. He could move around and play wherever the Trojans need him to play. The recruitment has started to take off and it shouldn't slow down anytime soon. We're looking forward to seeing what kind of jump Mobley makes this season for the Trojans.

Edmond North defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1828664' first='Rhodes' last='Molenda'] is on the short list of players we're fired up to watch this season. Molenda is an absolute monster on the line of scrimmage and was one of the top producing 2029 prospects on the field last season. Molenda is also a terrific wrestler and when you have a standout wrestler that doubles on the line of scrimmage, you have our attention. Molenda hurt his knee and will not be ready to go for the start of his sophomore season. But the expectation is that he'll be back at some point in district play. When he returns to the field, he will be a problem for opposing 6A-1 teams. We're looking forward to seeing him healthy this fall.

Choctaw defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='2229969' first='Zaedan' last='Walker'] is right behind Molenda on the DL charts and is #16 overall in the latest ranking update. Walker is a name that we didn't know much about a few months ago but he has been red hot over the last couple months. He earned his first offer earlier this offseason and has continued to pick up attention from coaches in this region and he could be primed for a monster breakout season this fall. We got a chance to watch the Yellowjackets in person last month and Walker really impressed us coming off the edge for the Choctaw defensive line. The Yellowjackets could have a nasty defensive line this season and Walker is a big part of that.

Westmoore offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='2124457' first='Austin' last='Skinner'] is a guy that could end up being among the top guys at this position and the OL position is incredibly deep in the 2029 class. But there is so much to like about Skinner's game moving forward and we're looking forward to seeing how he looks this fall. Skinner broke into the starting lineup and immediately got the attention of his opponents with his overall size, length and overall athletic ability. You don't see many 6'6 freshmen that can move as well on the line of scrimmage as Skinner. We were really impressed with his film from last season and then we watched him in person at team camp and he looked the part there.

Right behind [player_tooltip player_id='2124457' first='Austin' last='Skinner'] is Westmoore offensive lineman and twin brother [player_tooltip player_id='2124459' first='Tyler' last='Skinner'] and the Jaguars have the ultimate foundational pieces up front with these two at both tackle positions. While Austin is at left tackle, Tyler has solidified himself as a solid right tackle prospect moving forward. Taking a look back at his freshman film, [player_tooltip player_id='2124459' first='Tyler' last='Skinner'] is really at his best in the run game. He moves defenders off their spot and he does it at a high level. We say this all the time but when you crack the starting lineup as a freshman in 6A-1 football, you get our attention immediately. Skinner, like his brother, also impressed us when we got a chance to watch the Jags in person this spring.

Booker T Washington offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1839611' first='Sam' last='Cornelius'] earned his way into the starting lineup last year for the Hornets and he's another 2029 prospect that is just scratching the surface on what he can be. Just like with some of the other guys at this position, the ceiling is incredibly high for Cornelius moving forward. He earned valuable reps last season and has taken advantage of his time this offseason. He has worked on his craft and has camped at a few different spots, impressing coaches in attendance. The Hornets have had a few top offensive linemen come through the program over the last few years and it looks like Cornelius could be the next guy.

All signs point to Jenks defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='2124460' first='Guy' last='Jacobsen'] being a dude for the Trojans in the future but it's still incredibly early for him. From a physical standpoint, there is a lot to like already and you throw on the film from last season and he was dominating the line of scrimmage at the freshman level. The only question we have about Jacobsen moving forward is how much time he'll see this fall. The Trojans are pretty deep in the front seven and they won't need to rush their 2029 prospect. Regardless of how much playing time he gets, he's a name to know in this class moving forward. He could end up vaulting up the ranks and could be considered one of the top guys at the position.

Stillwater defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='2127898' first='Paxton' last='Peterson'] rounds out this breakdown, checking in at #46 overall in the latest ranking update. We got a chance to watch Peterson at our showcase camp back in May and that just kicked off what has been a very busy camp circuit for Peterson in the last two months. He's camped all over the state and even some of the surrounding states. One thing is for sure with his game, he's not afraid of competition and he is looking to improve his game in a major way before his sophomore season begins. Stillwater is going to have a very deep and veteran-led defense this season. But if Peterson finds his way on the field, he will have earned it.
