On Saturday, May 2, 2026 I was invited out by You Are Athlete to cover their annual Regional Exposure Camp for the third consecutive year. This year's event was hosted by Piscataway High School and was, in my experience, their best yet. Featuring the best crop of talent I have seen out of their events yet, it was extremely well ran and plenty of reps to be had.

Below are my notes for a handful of prospects at the position group I referenced in this article's title.

One of the highest ranking prospects in attendance was Quadir Truluck. Aside from absolutely looking the part, this unit showed that he can win outside. Some moments of twitchiness were present. Truluck is well coached, as he saw his offensive counterpart overset - to which he responded by taking the inside for a win. With the ability to run the hoop when rushing outside, he routinely beat offensive linemen off the edge. One rep he lost his feet, but he showed general explosiveness and the ability to run tight corners as well.

A smaller guy along the defensive line, Mar'quay Taylor understands this and plays to his strengths. Part of those strengths was his understanding leverage and how to exploit it. Similarly, he read oversets for big wins. However, the most impressive play I thought Taylor made was when he had his hands on his matchup and head into the gap, he used his matchup as a anchor to swing himself into the adjacent gap, then relying on his quickness for a victorious rep.

Jason Sica has more than enough speed to win along the edge. I noted how when coming off of the edge he completely turned his offensive matchup around. Later on Sica hit a masterful spin & pin, where in fact, I heard his pin slap and strike his matchup in the center of his back.

For whatever reason I did not get an extended look at Brody Minshell. Being that he is ranked as the 44th best prospect in New York, I regretfully wish I got to see more of him. The one rep of Minshell's that I caught was of him executing a powerful pull rush. On this rep he bulled and absolutely murdered the offensive lineman. The poor kid had no shot against the power and strength of Minshell.
