Truluck is one of the best Defensive Lineman in the state, and after an impressive season, I was excited to get him down to Warwick to compete. He finished with solid combine numbers, including a top 20 pro shuttle time throughout the afternoon.

Truluck is a grown man, who can play both EDGE, and DL. I like him more as a DL, given his long legs and strength. If he wants to play as more of an EDGE, he should look to improve his bend as he rushes. He can run, and is excellent with his strength and hands at rushing. Easily a prospect who can reach the D1 Level.

Quadir Truluck Quadir Truluck 6'3" | 255 lbs | DL/TE Cornwall Central | 2028 State NY delivered one of the top all-around performances among defensive linemen during Saturday’s action in New York. During the live work against the O linemen, he applied pressure with an explosive first step that consistently forced offensive tackles into recovery mode. He showed advanced pass rushing traits throughout the event, using his bend and flexibility to stay low off the edge. Quadir also did an impressive job using leverage and shoulder dip techniques to work past blockers, pairing his speed with physicality and effort on every rep.

Quadir Truluck was the edge rusher that showed one of the most complete performances Saturday afternoon. His explosive speed off the line immediately put offensive linemen on their heels, and he consistently won reps with his quick first step and relentless motor. Quadir stayed low coming around the edge, showing excellent bend and flexibility while dipping his shoulder to gain leverage and turn the corner effectively. Combining speed and physicality, Quadir looked like the total package throughout the NY Exposure Series event.

One of the highest ranking prospects in attendance was Quadir Truluck. Aside from absolutely looking the part, this unit showed that he can win outside. Some moments of twitchiness were present. Truluck is well coached, as he saw his offensive counterpart overset – to which he responded by taking the inside for a win. With the ability to run the hoop when rushing outside, he routinely beat offensive linemen off the edge. One rep he lost his feet, but he showed general explosiveness and the ability to run tight corners as well.
