- Possibly the best non-offered running back up to this point is this native Canadian that has yet to make his mark on the recruiting scene but hopefully after a strong summer camp season, Eto'o may finally see those offers arrive. What could be holding back schools from offering is the fact they need to see more from Eto'o, especially if some programs may like him better on defense at linebacker. His physicality and size does speak towards upside on defense but I personally like his game best on offense running the ball. As we get deeper into the year, I'm curious to see how Eto'o progresses and how his recruitment plays out. This guy has the college look and upside to warrant more interest and bigger looks, he is just biding his time before things flip into a positive direction.

- Brooks is one of the bigger hidden gems we have from the TN2027 class that is still waiting for his stock to take-off but in due time, I think those elusive offers will arrive and push his recruiting profile higher. Sporting good size with a body that can pack on more weight, the Raiders senior ball carrier brings a nice combination of power and speed to the field that I think translates well to the college game. Coming from a program that hasn't won a lot of games in recent years, Brooks is having to play the long game and that's fine but he must put forth a strong showing this summer in camps while also performing well this Fall season to force coaches into offering. I believe they will in time because Brooks is talented and I think has his best football days ahead of him.

- A lot of people and maybe even college coaches don't know a whole lot about this Mid-Tennessee product but after scouting his film several times, Gordon is someone to keep track of going into his senior season. This guy is a bulldozer with the ball in his hands that also displays enough speed to race past defenders. The Bulldogs senior has the look and overall size coaches like along with room to get bigger. His work this summer in camps and throughout his senior year will go a long way towards boosting his stock and bringing in those much wanted offers. I'm interested to see how things play out here and how much better Gordon will look as we race through the 2026 football season.

(RB) [player_tooltip player_id='1576799' first='Braydon' last='Weldon'] - Jackson South-Side

- If this West Tennessee product played for a bigger program, you may be hearing more right now about Weldon and his pursuit of college offers. The Indians senior running back shows excellent burst and open field speed on film along with a physical build that allows him to run through would-be tacklers. Those kinds of traits usually get found by college staffs and usually result in offers. Weldon is still waiting for those offers to arrive but I think in due time, they will, especially after coaches get to work with him in camps this summer. The process will be long for Weldon, meaning he will need to continue showcasing himself along the way in camps and into his senior year to force coaches to offer and in time, I think everything will fall into place because this guy is too talented to be bypassed much longer.

- One of the better power backs we have from our TN2027 class, Woods returns for his senior year as one of the more productive ball carriers in the state that has a chance at competing for Mr. Football this Fall. Over the past few years, Woods has produced a ton but it has yet to lead to college offers. Potential reasons behind that may be Woods lack of top level speed and his need to put his body into better shape. What the Cavs senior running back does bring to the field is power, contact balance and a nose for the end zone. Once he gets into the open field, Woods is tough to bring down and that's what he must continue to show this summer in camps and into his senior year for those offers to finally arrive. If he can increase his agility and speed as well, that may tip things over into his favor.

- Going into summer camp season, Branch may be one of the more underrated backs we have in the state right now that isn't receiving a lot of buzz or recruiting interest but he is on our radar and someone I believe will take a big jump as the months go on. This is an athletic, speedy ball carrier that has the explosive running style and home run hitting abilities that translate well to the college game. The biggest thing holding him back right now is body weight. Branch needs to pack on more weight to enhance his skill set and make him tougher to bring down. If he can do that while showcasing himself in camps, I think those offers will start to arrive while boosting his stock in a significant way. I also see Branch as a breakout star this Fall that could lead MASE back into title contention while being a Mr. Football sleeper.

(RB) [player_tooltip player_id='2146614' first='Dominick' last='Harris'] - Tullahoma

- Last year as a junior, Harris showed flashes of strong play but now he appears to be the main guy in the Wildcats backfield that has the ability to not just put forth a strong senior year but place himself on the map as a potential college guy. When you glance through his junior film, you see an explosive runner with a great initial burst and open field speed that plays up well on the college stage. Harris does have more development to go, especially with his body and adding weight but the athletic tools are in place to become a possible “Top 20” back within our TN2027 class. He will need to hit the camp scene this summer to continue building his stock while also producing a strong senior campaign to achieve those needed offers. I think he will in time as Harris is talented with a lot of upside left to be fulfilled.

(RB) [player_tooltip player_id='1103577' first='Caden' last='Pace'] - Ravenwood

- A multi-year starter within the Raptors backfield, Pace is a quick footed, speedy ball carrier that is chasing hard after those offers but they have yet to arrive, however I think he is closer to obtaining them than ever before. The reason I say that is because Pace has developed nicely over these off-season months by filling out his frame further while increasing his athletic skill set. He will need to show off his abilities this summer in camps and into his senior year for Pace to gain those wanted offers. The Raptors senior is more of an all-purpose back that runs tough for his size but can also catch the ball out of the backfield. I like the trajectory that Pace is working on right now and believe over time, he will have plenty of interest and several options to choose from to continue his career in college.

(RB) [player_tooltip player_id='1590259' first='Jamari' last='Goines'] - Knox. West

- Athletic and fast with the ability to find open creases into the open field, Goines is a long term, potential big payoff prospect that could turn some heads in camps this summer that results in offers. Up to this point in his recruitment, Goines has yet to gain the college opportunities but he can change that over time with strong performances in camp and throughout his senior season. What this Knoxville area prospect brings to the field is explosive game play and the ability to hit the home run. Goines does need to continue to get bigger and stronger, filling out his frame to become more physical and able to bounce off tacklers. The Rebels senior is more of an all-purpose back right now but has room to grow and become more of a three down back in the future.

(RB) [player_tooltip player_id='2111997' first='Tyshaun' last='Jeter'] - South Gibson

- The Hornets went on a run towards the Class 4A semifinals last year with Jeter being a major factor behind those efforts. This power back was near unstoppable due to his strong lower base and desire to break tackles towards the end zone. I expect things to be the same this Fall with Jeter and maybe even a better overall year that could put him in contention for Mr. Football. Right now however, this West Tennessee product is searching for interest and offers while developing his game further. Where Jeter must improve is with his speed. If he can increase that along with his agility, the Hornets ball carrier may generate more interest and see a path towards playing on the collegiate playing stage.
