Davis does a great job following his blockers and preserving his speed until the moment is just right, and when he bursts upfield, he can easily create big gains on the ground.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Defensively, Davis is terrific at getting downhill to stop the run. He's fast, quick to shed off blockers, and can pursue after opposing backs in the backfield to create stops for loss. I'm really impressed with his physicality on both sides of the ball. He's a tough runner to bring down who can also deliver some huge hits on defense- it's really fun to watch."</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I'm really impressed with how Davis plays. He's virtually unblockable, using his speed, power, and violent hands to throw offensive linemen out of his way and get to the ball.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em> I'm seriously impressed with him on passing downs. Brooks is constantly splitting double teams to generate pressure and rack up sacks in the backfield. He's a massive threat to opposing quarterbacks who can defend the run just as well. Teams across the state are going to have to look out for him this coming season. Just pay attention to how much attention he already commands from opposing fronts, and you'll see what I mean.</em>"</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Brooks was a tough man to stop in the trenches last season- it's easy to tell when you watch some of his tape below. He's an excellent blocker who uses his size, drive, and leverage to his advantage, consistently clearing out space for his teammates to capitalize on and make huge plays. </em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>On top of that, Davis has a really impressive set of hands and can withstand heavy traffic to bring in some highlight reel contested catches. I'm really impressed with how he plays through contact- it seems like no one can find a way to break the ball away from him. He's a quick and talented route runner who can fly downfield and gain tons of separation from the defenders across from him. I'm really impressed with Ford's deep threat capabilities. He's terrific at using his speed to his advantage and can flip the field or find the endzone at any given moment. </em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>On top of that, Ford does a great job on the other side of the ball as well. He consistently provides great run support down near the line of scrimmage and times up his pass defense perfectly to force PBUs on opposing WRs. He's a tough guy to bring down; you can repeatedly find him powering through defenders and shedding off tacklers with ease, making the most out of every carry with the ball. </em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>I like seeing how Haley follows his blockers as well. He's great at being patient and consistently waits for lanes to develop for him to take the ball through.
