is an explosive threat on the ground for Jemison who is coming off a huge junior season last fall.
“Davis is a versatile back who can create impact plays in the run and pass game. Davis is quick, has a great burst, and can easily outrun and evade defenders in the open field. I’m really impressed with how Davis can move with the ball in his hands. He can make some explosive cuts and change his direction with ease, finding ways to leave defenders in the dust and create huge gains.
Davis really brings a ton of value to his team’s passing attack. He’s quick and has a natural set of hands you can rely on to bring in passes from out of the backfield. When you mix that with how hard he runs and his contact balance, it makes him super hard to slow down.”
Davis made a ton of game-changing plays on the ground last fall. We’re all going to have to watch out for him this coming season. He has a huge year ahead.

Davis is arguably the most college ready back in his class with his natural feel and control as a runner. He shows an advanced understanding of tempo, consistently changing speeds to manipulate defenders/ angels and creates space. His vision also stands out in tight areas, where he stays patient and lets blocks develop before hitting creases with purpose. His footwork is clean and efficient, allowing him to stack moves and redirect without losing momentum.
He’s just as comfortable contributing in the passing game, giving him added value on all three downs. There’s a natural rhythm to how he runs, rarely forcing plays outside of structure. He understands leverage and consistently puts himself in favorable angles. The style is polished, productive, and repeatable. Look for his name to ring bells in the upcoming cycle.

This is my first look at Davis, one of the most productive rushers in the area. He is a smaller player, hovering around 5’7 160. However, he compensates and plays exactly the way he should for his size. He is quick-footed and explosive, allowing him to create his own yards and jump in and out of running lanes. What really sticks out to me is how tough he is upon contact. He is truly a bowling ball back, pinballing off tacklers and showcasing the ability to restart runs. I would be intrigued here as a small school recruiting the area.

is a talented two-way threat for Jemison who has lined up and produced at LB and RB.
“Davis is quick out of the backfield, has good instincts and reflexes, and excellent vision to help him create huge plays out in open space. Davis does a great job following his blockers and preserving his speed until the moment is just right, and when he bursts upfield, he can easily create big gains on the ground.
Defensively, Davis is terrific at getting downhill to stop the run. He’s fast, quick to shed off blockers, and can pursue after opposing backs in the backfield to create stops for loss. I’m really impressed with his physicality on both sides of the ball. He’s a tough runner to bring down who can also deliver some huge hits on defense- it’s really fun to watch.”
I’m really impressed with how Davis plays. He’s a physical force you have to account for on both sides of the ball. Be sure to watch out for him this coming season:
