Minnesota's offseason camp and event scene is on the up and up! In addition to the heralded PRZMN biannual showcase stops, emerging brands and faces in the Twin Cities and Outstate Minnesota are really beginning to cement themselves as must-stops on the offseason circuit in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. One of the mainstays is 612Qs and founder Quinn Frisell's burgeoning umbrella of training branches that primarily focuses on the Quarterback and Wide Receiver positions. Frisell's various 612Qs and 612WRs groups unite for a huge day of competition every year at the 612Qs Offensive Skills Camp, now onto it's fifth year and iteration and dare we say, better than ever. This year's 2026 612Qs Offensive Skills Camp featured eye-popping, laser verified track times ran by ETS Performance, scholarship offers handed out by the NSIC staffs in attendance, D3 coaching representation from all over the state, and a loaded staff of counselors making sure the kids got the best out of the day of work. Learn more in the evaluations from the 2026 612Qs Offensive Skills All-Camp Team below! First up: WRs. Dig in.

I will never forget watching [player_tooltip player_id='1576660' first='Shaheed' last='Suggs'] run a 4.49 40. A big reason for that was due to the fact he ran a laser-verified 4.51 right before that, but seeing a high school football prospect, much less a Minnesotan, much less a SOPHOMORE, run a legitimate, elite 40-yard dash time of that magnitude is something of a unicorn in a grassroots scouting world that PRZMN is accustomed to. In addition to manufacturing the most memorable single moment from the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp, Cretin-Derham Hall's [player_tooltip player_id='1576660' first='Shaheed' last='Suggs'] was a twitched up, natural, and explosive route runner who was impressively fluid, bendy, and smooth when changing direction of all kinds. Doesn't waste movement, concise, powerful cuts, and strong hands with a big catch radius and 50/50 ability at his size as well. The MVP of the WRs left with his first football offer from Bemidji State thanks to his performance at Concordia-St. Paul. More are coming.

With nearly double-digit college programs in attendance, Subah did a good job of showcasing why he's a NSIC target, as his quickness out of his breaks, big catch radius, strong hands, and mature size and frame compared to peers all stood out in the WR group. Good command of the route tree from the junior as well.

There seems to be a potentially dazzling crop of 2028s rising up in the ranks of the Cretin-Derham Hall program right now. You'll be hearing about some of these Raiders in this 612Q's Offensive Skills All-Camp Team, with sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1581337' first='Antonio' last='Barajas'] walking away with MVP honors bestowed upon him by 612Q's loaded staff. After clocking a 4.8 laser 40, Barajas showed he could drop his hips and break his routes off well, and he did a good job of generally not wasting movement, displaying concise footwork on a variety of routes against air at Concordia-St. Paul.

Mandan, North Dakota to Concordia-St. Paul University is somewhere around a six hour drive. Yes, that's a haul and a half, but in terms of college attention and recognition, Mandan High School's [player_tooltip player_id='1219685' first='Ivan' last='Hopfauf'] made the drive worth it through every session of the 612Q's Offensive Skills camp. Headlined by a 4.776 40, Hopfauf added a 32" vert verified by ETS Performance, and he was a dynamic, explosive route runner with a ton of twitch at the top of the route and noticeable acceleration out of his breaks. Strong hands to boot. Hopfauf had the DII coaches in attendance humming thanks to his performance.

Prior Lake has an absolute tremendous 2029 talent on their hands in WR [player_tooltip player_id='1643890' first='Jack' last='Laurel']. As noted by the current ranking, which will hold solid, and maybe even move up, after April's upcoming 2029 update, verified 6'2, 193 lber. [player_tooltip player_id='1643890' first='Jack' last='Laurel'] is a stud, and he's going to have some serious college attention in a couple recruiting cycles, so pay attention now. With excellent size for his age and position, Laurel has put on some serious weight and muscle definition since I saw him last, and the verified 6'2, 190+ lber. clocked a laser-verified 4.7 40 to highlight what was an excellent day of work in St. Paul. Laurel walked away with an MVP selection thanks to the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp's loaded staff, and it was easy to see why no matter how long you got to watch the Prior Lake product. Laurel was extremely fluid during drill work, and his ability to stay twitchy, drop and unlock his hips, and stay balanced and effective with his footwork was showing up drill after drill, rep after rep, and so on. Strong hands that can catch the ball away from his body and maintain a large catch radius as well. I know this isn't a state that sees a ton of attention for our budding underclassmen, but if Laurel was looking and performing like this in a southeastern state, Cali, Michigan, or even Chicago, and he'd be seeing a considerable more amount of collegiate attention. Remember the name!

Another young buck out of Prior Lake who possesses some seriously noteworthy traits for a freshman, WR [player_tooltip player_id='2160748' first='Landon' last='Mork'] was one of the most twitched up wideouts I saw at the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp. In addition to his blazing 4.86 laser-verified 40 time to kick off the camp, the freshman was especially loose and sudden when dropping his hips, and I loved how he flew out of his breaks, could start/stop with efficiency, and generally changed direction with lightning-quick small-area quickness. Prior Lake has a couple of big-time 2029 WRs coming up through the ranks! Start paying attention!

Talk about blowing the roof off the testing portion of the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp! Coming in as an unknown on the radar of PRZMN, Hopkins Royals' 2027 WR Walter Johnson III popped off a blazing 4.67 40 to kick off his day of testing, not to mention his 4.38 pro-agility and near 35" vert, all verified by ETS Performance and their testing. I was impressed by Johnson III's ability to drop his hips and get shifty/quick at the top of the route and in-and-out of his breaks. He's got a good frame to add weight now, though he's skinny, and he doesn't have any stats from the 2025 season with Hopkins' varsity. Talk about a true sleeper! Welcome to the scene, Walter!

Burnsville High School had a strong day of representation at the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp. With some headliners and dark horses mixed amongst a large swath of graduating classes, 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='1393180' first='Joaquin' last='Brown'] forced PRZMN to pay attention after clocking a eye-popping 4.63 laser-verified 40 to start off his day in Concordia-St. Paul. You'd be a fool not to take a hard look at a WR after some athletic times like that, and Brown proved himself to be one of the most explosive WRs in attendance. At a near-6'3 and 190 lbs., Reynolds popped off an impressive 4.84 laser 40 verified by ETS Performance, and yet again, the junior caught anything and everything that was thrown his way.
Earlier, I found myself talking about New London-Spicer's tradition of exciting, athletic football players year after year, and PRZMN is pretty fired up about the latest 2028 skill player to burst onto our radar. Hagedorn looked and played larger than his reported 6'2, 170 on his 2025 MNFootballHub page, and boy did he know how to use it. The NLS sophomore also popped off a 4.9 laser 40, quite promising given the age/size combo, and he got even more interesting once routes on air got going. Hagedorn, aided by his noteworthy length, was catching anything and everything that was thrown his way at Concordia-St. Paul. The sticky hands were reinforced by Hagedorn's eye-catching ball skills, hops, and body control in the air, which increased his catch radius and made for some impressive, floating, mid-air snags that caught and held our attention throughout the day of work. Great adding Hagedorn to the 2028 radar thanks to the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp.

Belle Plaine has some sleepers coming up through the ranks of the Tigers' program these next few cycles. A 2027 new to PRZMN's radar that came out of the 5th annual 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp came out of Belle Plaine and 2027 WR Mason Bungarden. With a powerful build that caught the eye, Bungarden had some of the more consistent hands out of the WR group in attendance, and once his hips loosened up, he really started to get in a groove as a route runner. Gotta get him on the Big Board ASAP!

A 2027 wideout that PRZMN is getting onto the Ranking's Big Board tomorrow or Thursday (stay tuned on Twitter), Mounds View's Case Wassink made some noise at the 5th annual 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp. Huge frame with ridiculous length, sticky, strong hands, and loose hips for a wideout of his size, Wassink was one of the more consistent WRs on the day. Coaches have mentioned his feel for the game, and Wassink also proved himself to be a big-play threat against 6A DBs in 2025 as a junior. Looking forward to getting more of a look at Wassink this summer, and hopefully at the PRZMN Spring Showcase on April 18th.

Another 2027 a day or two away from entering our Ranking's Big Board, New London-Spicer always has some exciting, athletic, and dynamic talents on their football roster, and PRZMN thoroughly enjoyed an in-depth look at 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2128345' first='Brecken' last='Westby'] at the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp. Quick and shifty at the LOS, Westby had some impressive acceleration to his game and was one of the more obvious deep threats out of the Blue Group of WRs. Stay tuned on Twitter in the next day or two for the 2027 Big Board micro-update!

Burnsville High School had a very strong showing at the 612 Offensive Skills Camp at Concordia-St. Paul, particularly in the WR group. You'll be hearing about a few of these up-and-coming Blaze underclassmen in this Honorable Mentions designation, and we're kicking things off with a brick of a SB in 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='1657981' first='Caliph' last='Paul']. With a thick, powerful build, concise COD ability, and good hands on top of the athleticism. Plus, Paul clocked a 4.87 and 4.89 laser-verified 40 right in front of PRZMN to really highlight some explosiveness for his age and size.

Here we go with more Blaze standouts! 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='1658032' first='Jeremy' last='Parham'] is a big-bodied underclassmen who PRZMN recently saw on the 7v7 circuit, and although I'm still not entirely convinced he's an offensive player at the varsity level, Parham had a good day of work at the 612Q's Offensive Skills Camp. Parham flashed some impressive catches throughout the day, catches that you had to be considerably athletic to make, but his hands were a bit inconsistent and his body and frame at his age scream LB at you. Either way, good athlete and an up-and-coming stand out from Burnsville High School.
