Big, strong, verified athletic, Subah has a ton of experience under his belt and a strong offseason behind him, and he came in as the biggest playmaker for his 5A Blaze program in a tough, gritty Big School lineup that congregated at Bemidji State. From what we saw, Subah had an INT vs. Fargo South on an easy read/break on the ball, but he had one of the best overall plays and individual efforts during the touted War on the Shore competition. Subah ran a beautiful, concise, twitchy route to get open at the right pylon of the endzone, then snagged the rock behind a dart of a throw by his QB for one of the best pitches & catches we saw of the War on the Shore. Subah’s route running was the best at the camp and will be a mighty asset during the upcoming 2026 fall season.

After a strong showing at the annual 612Q’s Offensive Skills Showcase, Subah had platformed himself perfectly to reel in offers from the likes of UMD, Jamestown, Northern State, St. John’s, and Augustana this spring. He then transitioned that success to the track, PRing with an 11.58 100M, 20’3″ long jump, and 45’6.25″ triple jump this spring.

The Burnsville Blaze playmaker is a legit deep threat who can work out of the slot, and he displays good ball skills and contested catch ability at the WR position. He owns the speed to stack and burn athletic 5A CBs in man coverage, and he’s dangerous in space with noticeable burst and contact balance after the catch. Can’t wait to see where Subah lands when the dust settles.

One of the headliners out of the WR group at the 612Qs Offensive Skills camp, Burnsville’s Tommy Subah Tommy Subah 6'0" | 150 lbs | WR Burnsville | 2027 State MN brought his NSIC heavyweight offer from Augustana and MIAC roster spot from St. John’s into the 651 and Concordia-St. Paul’ dome ready to put in work. With nearly double-digit college programs in attendance, Subah did a good job of showcasing why he’s a NSIC target, as his quickness out of his breaks, big catch radius, strong hands, and mature size and frame compared to peers all stood out in the WR group. Good command of the route tree from the junior as well.

Junior Tommy Subah Tommy Subah 6'0" | 150 lbs | WR Burnsville | 2027 State MN is building on flashes from last season. Two weeks ago, he exploded for 129 yards and two touchdowns on five receptions. A smooth route runner with verified 21.9 mph top-end speed, Tommy excels on vertical shots and quick-hitting RPO concepts. His chemistry with quarterback Liam Henke makes him a natural target on key downs. He smoothly runs deep posts, fades, and bubble screens that capitalize on his ability to separate and finish. With proven big-game production and continued rapport in Burnsville’s fast-paced spread system, Tommy is positioned for a headline role all season and a big off-season.

I saw Burnsville’s Tommy Subah Tommy Subah 6'0" | 150 lbs | WR Burnsville | 2027 State MN as a cold winter’s night when he was a young freshman playing 7v7 with MN Go Get It last year, and despite him not having any film, his athleticism and comfortability made him a must-know in the budding freshman class and easily earned him a spot on the freshman. Subah then made the dramatic jump to varsity with the Blaze in 2024, holding down a spot as a 6A WR, in which he reeled in 18 catches for 219 yards, as well as a tackle on defense. Subah is a good route runner, shows off noticeable burst and quickness after the catch, and possesses soft hands that can reel in catches while fully extended and away from his body. His 50/50 and contested catch ability also catches the eye. Subah can high-point the ball over tight coverage and shows some bounce as well as good body control, highlighted by a smooth and impressive back shoulder fade around 40 seconds into his sophomore tape. He’s also a willing blocker on the perimeter and has a balanced and effective skillset that has already succeeded at the varsity 6A level. Keep up the great work, Tommy!
