2027 Rankings: Meet The Top 10 (10-6)

The new 2027 rankings are officially released. And with over 100 new players, and multiple players positions changing, and new additions to the top five at each position, we will take a look at the new Top Ten in the state of New York, and evaluate each player. The 2027 Athlete, can play across the field, and has seen his recruitment take off with over 7 offers this year alone. Standing at 6'0" 190-Pounds, his frame is perfect for a DB/QB, which are the two main positions Buttles can play.   Buttles displays an elite IQ, along with good versatility. On the offensive side of the ball, he showcases a good release, along with a strong arm, and the ability to launch the ball downfield with ease. On the defensive side of the ball, he has an elite IQ, with good footwork, and is deadly in coverage.     Simmons was my biggest miss in my first 2027 Class update. The Iona Prep EDGE, let me know after his first game where he dominated. Colleges agree, as his recruitment has taken off. The 9th ranked player in 2027, displays an elite frame at 6'5" 245-Pounds.   The Gaels prospect, has been a human wrecking ball off the EDGE, and displayed outstanding speed throughout the season. His strength is unteachable, and I like his use of spin moves to shed blocks off the EDGE. He has a high IQ, and can shed blocks quickly to close gaps. Simmons can work being more violent with his hands, as I believe this is the last trait he has left to master.      8th in the class is our first Monroe Prospect in [player_tooltip player_id='1328863' first='Terrence' last='Barner']. The 5'10" 190-Pound DB, had a solid season with Monroe, picking up numerous offers and a state championship. He has a solid frame, and mainly plays at the Safety position.   Barner has elite instincts at the DB Position. The Monroe prospect is a lockdown playmaker, and has proven so on the 7v7 Circuit and throughout the regular season. he has outstanding footwork, and displays an elite ability to track the ball. Barner is an outstanding DB.     Seventh in the 2027 Rankings is [player_tooltip player_id='707562' first='Domonic' last='Cook Jr.'] The St. Francis RB, sees his ranking rise a few spots, and has also seen a few offers and interests from colleges roll his way. Standing at 5'10" 195-Pounds, the Athlete displays an elite size for the position.   Cook is a quick speedy athlete, who has elite footwork. The 2027 Prospect, His ability to move down hill with the ball in his hands is elite, and when he garbs the ball, he can slow down the play, and slide through close holes across the line using a quick, and elite burst of speed.     Sixth in the 2027 Rankings [player_tooltip player_id='668381' first='Pooty' last='Cunningham']. The Section Five and James Monroe Signal Caller, stands at 6'0" 175-Pounds, displaying a solid frame for the QB Position. Cunningham is fresh off a state championship, and is looking to repeat with a solid roster.   Cunningham is a freak athlete, who has the ability to make throws all over the field. He has exceptional arm talent, and can toss the ball with ease down the field. He has a quick release along with quick mechanics, and good accuracy. He is a field general with the ball in his hands, who can do everything on the football field.
