Five 2028 Watch List Players to Know

The state of Georgia is stacked in every class, including the class of 2028, which has some of the better players compared to other 2028s. This includes some of the watch list players we are waiting to rank. Here are five names that you need to know ahead of this next season.    While most players are still looking to form their bodies, a guy like Wilkins is already past that point. He is just adding to a solid frame that will only get better over time. He is going to have a huge season and will be someone who is viewed in a great light. He will have such an important role, which is all you can ask for at his age he is at. Wilkins has a ton of talent, and that will show in this next season when he competes.     [player_tooltip player_id='1020955' first='Lucas' last='Rosser'] is in a tricky stage with his frame, as he is in between where he would need to play EDGE as well as play on the interior of the defensive line at the next level. He has all the intangibles and is in great shape for dominating someone at the point of attack. He will only get better through the reps that he receives and is granted at the high school level. He will have the chance to dominate in this next season, and he will likely earn himself a great ranking here at Prep Redzone for the Georgia side of things.     The talented prospect is one of the better players for his high school, as he is a growing frame along with a prospect. His route tree is progressing, but he is someone I believe has true upside. He will only grow in this season, as he is going to showcase why it is important to have the height and measurements that he has. I think he has all of the skills to be an important piece for colleges that want to recruit him, and he will be off the watch list and will be ranked sooner rather than later. Give it just a little bit of time, and everyone will know Roundtree's name.     The talented prospect is one of the wide receivers in the state who has everything you could want, but the frame can be a red flag. Luckily for the talented prospect, he is one of the exceptions that is undeniable, as he will begin to earn the attention of schools across the country with the objective of gaining some explosive wide receivers. Simpson has all the speed you could want, but is as slippery as they get. If Simpson continues to develop his body to become a more physical and dangerous prospect within his first steps, he will become one of the better wide receivers in the class. Brown will only get better as time goes on, but with an important offseason approaching, the prospect will begin to catch the attention of many. He is one of the many prospects that I will be keeping an eye on. If Brown dominates in this upcoming season, everyone will know his name, and I am confident when saying that.
