Lucas Rosser is another stud defensive linemen from Marist and at Marist, you play tough ball and that’s exactly what Lucas Rosser does. Rosser is a tough player who has a high IQ and a style of grit. Rosser is a playmaker who will be a big part of his team’s success this season in 2026, lookout for Rosser and the big things he will showcase this fall!

Lucas Rosser Lucas Rosser 6'2" | 255 lbs | DL Marist | 2028 GA is in a tricky stage with his frame, as he is in between where he would need to play EDGE as well as play on the interior of the defensive line at the next level. He has all the intangibles and is in great shape for dominating someone at the point of attack. He will only get better through the reps that he receives and is granted at the high school level. He will have the chance to dominate in this next season, and he will likely earn himself a great ranking here at Prep Redzone for the Georgia side of things.

Rosser is one of the better-sized players who will be attending. He is on our watch list, which makes him very important to pay attention to, as we believe that following this event, he will be ranked. He has done a fantastic job growing as a player on and off the field, as his work ethic is among the best in the class. Rosser will be the third-highest-ranked player entering the event, but the sky is the limit following this competition.

He won’t scare you off the bus with his size, but he plays the way you need to at defensive line to compensate for his size, with his hair on fire. In fact, he ended up ripping his T-shirt clean off at the end of camp. It was all gas, no breaks for Rosser, which is always fun to watch during a camp setting.

In my eyes, no player on the Georgia Future Stars 8^th Grade team raised their stock more today than Rosser. The first practice of the day was in helmets only and the second one was padded–but it didn’t matter. Rosser was excellent as a Defensive Tackle and won a ton of reps with a very quick inside move. It was iron sharpening iron, as he was lined up across from Offensive Guards Jeremiah Magee Jeremiah Magee 6'0" | 290 lbs | OL Stockbridge | 2028 GA and Paul Mitchell Paul Mitchell 6'2" | 275 lbs | OL Westlake | 2028 GA –both of whom are highly talented players in their own right–but Rosser was excellent.
