This is my first look at Williams, a rising senior who was one of the most productive QBs in the Savannah area last fall. He has fine size and a rosterable arm, but it's his touch and finesse that stick out to me. He does a good job of mixing up trajectories based on the throw, and can even alter his arm angle to bend the ball around defenders. It looks like he has a good feel for the position and has plenty of experience heading into his senior season.

Patterson is a true dual-threat QB who heads into his older HS years with proven production both as a passer and as a runner. He has a quick release and good enough arm strength to push the ball vertically. He really excels when he can get outside the pocket and create. Even when things break down, he plays under control and is looking to make a play with his arm down the field. He still has time to grow and is in our rankings, so I will pay attention to him going forward.

I thought Miller was a fun watch, and I walked away believing he needs more love amongst the 2028 QB class in Georgia. He is a tall, long, lean player who is still filling out. He has a quick, whippy 3/4ths delivery and will push the ball vertically. His touch flashes down the field, dropping the ball right over DBs. He is a slick athlete, but plays under control within the pocket and steps up to evade pressure. Consider myself intrigued here, and I will continue to watch and monitor.

This is my first look at Fulcher, who has a lot to be excited about. He is a well-developed lefty at 6'3 190 with true dual-threat ability. He can roll in space, and at his size, you can expect him to get physical yards when needed. He has a quick delivery and lofts the ball with a high arc down the field, allowing his receivers to track and make a play on it. He will give his receivers a chance, but his size/speed at his age creates plenty of intrigue here. He will debut in our next rankings update.

Stowe gained plenty of valuable experience as a sophomore and will look to tie it together as a junior. He has developed well up to this point, carrying himself well filled out at 6'2 195. He stands tall in the pocket, has an over-the-top delivery, and can attack each level of the field. With his longer delivery, I think there's a chance to continue developing his arm strength. I still think his best ball is ahead of him, and I will check in here during the fall.

Really intrigued with Kirk among my first watch, and he will debut in our next rankings draft. The frame catches your eye first. He is all of 6'4 175, and has plenty of room to add weight to his skinnier build. Kirk, who doubles as a pitcher in baseball, is a natural arm talent. He has a long, natural delivery, and the ball jumps off his hand. He will hang back in the pocket and take on contact as he throws when needed. As he fills out and his delivery tightens, his game will only elevate.
